Just for you

Rising proudly above the old harbour, the Intercontinental Marseille Hotel Dieu 5* occupies a stately eighteenth‑century monument whose noble stone façade and vaulted corridors echo centuries of Marseille’s past. Beyond the hotel, the Old Port unfolds with a rhythm all its own. Sunlight shimmers on gently bobbing boats, while the scent of sea salt mingles with freshly baked bread and the faint smokiness of grilled seafood.  Above, the silhouette of Notre-Dame de la Garde crowns the city, its presence guiding evening strolls as the harbour lights glimmer like jewels against the water, casting a quiet, enduring magic over every step.

Your dining choices

This is a bed and breakfast stay.

Each dish balances simplicity and refinement, allowing the freshness of Provence’s seafood, vegetables, and olive oils to shine. Soft textures, fragrant sauces, and delicate herbs draw the senses into a relaxed, indulgent experience.

The terrace itself is a panorama of Marseille life, sunlight shimmering on the Vieux-Port as Notre-Dame de la Garde watches over the city. By night, the Capian Bar becomes a stage for artisanal cocktails, where the aroma of citrus, herbs, and fine spirits mingles with the harbour air, creating a space both elegant and vibrant, perfect for unwinding or lively conversation.
