La Table
Dishes at La Table are lovingly crafted from local ingredients and seasonal treasures, resulting in authentic yet innovative fare harmoniously paired with the region’s famous rosé. At Domaine de Manville, food is a feeling.
The Bistrot
Here at the appropriately named Bistrot, guests can sit by the centrally-located kitchen and watch Provençal classics being prepared before their eyes. Dishes can be enjoyed on the spacious terrace under the pine trees or in the cosy dining room.
Please note: The gourmet restaurant will be closed for renovation from January 3 to March 1. Dinner will not be served in the dining room of the gastronomic restaurant but in the Bistrot restaurant.

Embedded in the rocky setting of Les Baux, this eco-responsible 18-hole golf course is part of the landscape. A garden as much as it is a golf course, it is dotted with pine, oak and olive trees. It is character-filled and designed by Thierry Sprecher and Anne-Laure Ricci, offering great diversity with each hole and suiting every playing level. Get lessons on-site from a coach with 25 years of teaching experience, 10 of which were spent with professional players.
