The Loisium Wine & Spa Hôtel Champagne 4* opened its doors in August 2022 in the heart of a magnificent vineyard located 15 minutes from Epernay. With its contemporary design in harmony with its environment—thanks to its sustainable approach—this hotel has rooms with a cosy atmosphere, a 1,000 m² spa area, and a lovely restaurant with a view of the vineyards. The region abounds in fresh ingredients and tasty dishes that you will find on the menu of l'Horisium restaurant, which serves seasonal, refined, and creative cuisine. All of this is in the idyllic setting of a room with magnificent natural light through the large windows that overlook the vineyards. The establishment honours the region by offering a wine bar, but above all a champagne bar, where you can taste the best vintages directly from the famous Avenue de Champagne in Epernay: Moët & Chandon, Perrier-Jouët or Mercier. You will also find a bar in the hotel's spa serving small snacks and glasses of champagne. Something to bubble in all forms.
