Villa Garbo welcomes you in the privacy of one of its 12 spacious accommodations and offers you a location just a few minutes walk from the Croisette. An environment where you will feel at home, far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and yet close to all the points of interest of Cannes!

Hotel Villa Garbo - Sanitary and Health Measures

Our main priority is the safety and health of our customers and employees. For this reason, we have revised and adapted our reception protocols. In this regard, the following measures have been implemented and improved accordingly.

 

Before Arrival 

  • Each guest will receive a communication from the hotel before arrival, asking them to check in online. This will facilitate your check in formalities.
  • We encourage our customers to communicate their arrival time to us in order to reduce the waiting time at reception.

Arrival

  • Temporary suspension of the valet parking service for health reasons: you can drop your luggage by stopping in front of the hotel and then park your car at the Vauban Parking  located just behind the hotel.
  • Hydro alcoholic gel and disinfectant towels available to customers
  • Reception staff is equipped with protective equipment linked to COVID-19 and the reception area is fitted with a Plexiglas screen.
  • The queue will be managed in order to respect physical distance
  • If the registration was not made before, a QR code system allows online registration via your cell phone once on site and avoids any paper contact
  • New magnetic keys at each check in.

 

Lobby and Public Spaces

  • Hydro alcoholic gel dispensers in key areas of the hotel
  • Reinforced cleaning program and disinfection with virucidal products  with particular attention to contact points such as door handles, stair railings and elevator buttons

Transfers:

It may be possible to add return transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability).
