Sleep

This luxury hotel has just 8 opulent and individually decorated rooms, ensuring that it remains one of the most exclusive accommodations in the area.

- Double Room (35 m² / max 2 persons): This spacious room has a  luxurious marble bathroom, and is perfect for a comfortable getaway in Aquitaine.

- Living Room Suite (45 m² / max 3 persons): The Living Room Suite has an extra sofa bed and is ideal for 3 persons.

- Family Suite (45 m² / max 4 persons): Comprising 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, the Family Suite is perfect for the whole family.

- Apartment (70 m² / max 5 persons): With its lounge area and accommodation for up to 5, the simple apartment offers comfort and space.

- Presidential Apartment (195 m² / 13 persons of which max 12 adults): This huge apartment consists of 3 separate suites and a large balcony overlooking the hotel garden.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

Start each day with a gourmet breakfast prepared by the hotel which, when the weather is nice, you can enjoy outdoors on a magnificent and majestic marble table.

Access —

By plane:
- Biarritz Airport is about 5 minutes from the hotel.
- San Sebastián-Donosti Airport is located about 24km away, just after the border with Spain.

The transfer from the hotel to the airport is complimentary.
In order to organize your transfer, please go to the reception desk a few days before your departure date with the particulars of your flight. 
N.B. The transfer is applicable between the hotel and the Biarritz Pays Basque Airport only. 

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
