Day 1: Arrive in Rovaniemi
DAY 1: ARRIVE IN ROVANIEMI
- Lapland offers an unparalleled experience for those dreaming of a true winter wonderland. Its charm lies in striking contrasts, with the 24-hour daylight of summer replacing the long, dark winter nights.
- The vibrant activity of towns and ski resorts is only moments away from the serene tranquillity of the untouched wilderness.
- After settling into your hotel, head into town to find a cosy restaurant or pub for dinner (not included, optional activity).
- In the evening, you meet your guide in the hotel lobby for an informational meeting where you will receive all the details about your itinerary. (The meeting time will be provided in due course, please check your Voyage privé account for updates).

DAY 2: SANTA'S VILLAGE & REINDEER SLED RIDE
- Immerse yourself in the magic of Lapland.
- The first stop is the Santa Claus Village, located on the Arctic Circle. Participate in the traditional ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle and receive a diploma certifying your visit.
- After the ceremony, you will experience a reindeer sledge at the Santa Claus Village and enjoy a hot drink around the fire.
Overnight stay at Hotel Grand Post Rovaniemi, Santa Claus Hotel, Scandic Pohjanhovi or similar.

DAY 3: HUSKIES AND THE POLAR ZOO OF RANUA
- The first stop today is a Husky Farm, where you will learn all you need to know about huskies and their way of living.
- Enjoy the opportunity of a ride through a mini husky safari (approximately 2 miles) with a musher.
- Your next visit is to the northernmost zoo in the world, at Ranua Polar Zoo. Your guide will take you on a brisk walk outdoors to admire the Arctic wildlife in its genuine wilderness setting. Elk, reindeer, wolverines, arctic fox and of course the impressive polar bear can be found in this Zoo.

Day 4: Rovaniemi - night in a Glass Igloo
- Today you have complete freedom to explore the town of Rovaniemi and its surroundings at leisure, including the magnificent Arktikum Museum.
- In the afternoon, set off to find your glass Igloo and spend a magical night under the starry sky, with the chance to see the spectacular Northern Lights.

DAY 5: DEPARTURE
- After a hearty breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to the enchanting landscapes of Finnish Lapland.
- Board your plane reflecting on unforgettable experiences amidst the Arctic wilderness, and depart with memories of snow-covered forests, the Northern Lights, and unique adventures.

This excursion takes you beyond the city to prime viewing spots on the Arctic Circle, where you can enjoy a Lappish picnic and marshmallow toasting, while hoping to witness the stunning Northern Lights in their full glory.
Aurora Borealis Snowmobile Safari (Day 3, 2.5 hour excursion)

Experience the Arctic night on a snowmobile ride through the forest and on the frozen river, with the chance to witness the Northern Lights. Enjoy warm drinks and snacks by a campfire, and learn about Lapland's natural beauty, all while taking turns driving the snowmobile.
- Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving.
- The driver of the snowmobile has to be at least 18 years of age with a driver’s license valid in Finland.
- Driving a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs is prohibited by the laws of Finland.
- The child tarif entitles children to a seat in a sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by the guide.
- Children over 140 cm in height are allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, when paying the adult price.

Experience the thrill of Arctic ice floating, where you'll stay warm and dry in a high-quality rescue suit as you float in a frozen lake surrounded by ice blocks.
