Lapland’s cuisine reflects its Arctic roots, with ingredients like reindeer, Arctic char, and foraged berries taking centre stage. Dishes such as sautéed reindeer with lingonberries or Lappish salmon soup offer a taste of tradition.
Dive deeper:
To truly understand Lapland, immerse yourself in Sámi culture. Attend a traditional reindeer herding demonstration or join a guided tour to learn about the legends and lifestyle of this resilient community.
