The Meliá Grand Hermitage offers a variety of restaurants so you can enjoy every occasion in a warm and relaxed atmosphere with exquisite and varied cuisine.

Guests have a chance to taste food from different cultures in the two main restaurants (Hermitage Restaurant and The Level Restaurant). Three evenings each week they have typical Bulgarian and Asian theme dinners. During each of the theme nights, guests meet the entertainment team, who are dressed with typical clothes for the certain culture and showing them the typical traditional dances of each culture. After the exceptional dinner guests may join the theme animation show on the stage under the beautiful night sky.

Your Contract —

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.

Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list and check your Junk mailregularly for your travel documents.
