The Chobe National Park is located in Botswana’s north eastern district. The Chobe River forms the park’s northern border. It is flanked in the south west by the Okavango Delta and Moremi Game Reserve.
These awe inspiring parks you will visit have some of the largest concentrations of game on the African continent, with regular sightings include giraffe, buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah and bushbuck. Botswana is particularly known for its high concentration of majestic elephants. It is not uncommon to see between 500 and 1000 elephants on these floodplains at one time.
Your Itinerary —
Day 1 & 2
Upon arrival to Maun Airport, you will be escorted to your light aircraft transfer to Camp Xakanaxa.
Your 2 night stay includes: all meals, snacks, local soft & alcoholic beverages, safari activities (game drives and boat cruises)
Day 3 & 4
A light aircraft transfer will take you from Camp Xakanaxa to Camp Okavango.
Your 2 night stay includes: all meals, snacks, local soft & alcoholic beverages, safari activities (boat cruises, mokoro trails, bush walks)
Day 5 & 6
A light aircraft transfer will take you from Camp Okavango to Savute Safari Lodge.
Your 2 night stay includes: all meals, snacks, local soft & alcoholic beverages, safari activities (game drives)
Day 7 & 8
A light aircraft transfer will take you from Savute to Kasane, followed by a road transfer to Chobe Game Lodge.

Day 9
A road transfer will take you from Chobe Game Lodge to Kasane Airport in time for your onward flight departure.

12 tastefully appointed spacious tents accommodate a maximum of 24 guests. Each tent has en-suite facilities and private decks overlooking the expanse of the Okavango to the front of the camp.
Safari activities are conducted by licensed guides eager to share their in-depth knowledge and impart the treasured secrets of this great wilderness.
Camp Okavango’s traditional thatch and lethaka (reed) main lodge features a cocktail bar, lounge and wildlife reference library. The dining room leads onto an expansive open-air patio, which is perfect for brunch, afternoon tea and tranquil evenings around the fire.
Other facilities include a secluded bird hide and a sundeck with plunge pool for relaxing and cooling off during the hot midday hours.
For those wanting to get a little closer to nature, guided bush walks are conducted at a number of nearby islands, offering an opportunity to track some of the larger land-based species.
12 en-suite safari suites with a lounge, bar, dining room and deck offering expansive Channel views complementing the public areas.
The chalets, which have been elegantly furnished in calm neutral tones to blend with the natural environment, feature expansive private decks, a combined bedroom and lounge area and en-suite facilities.
Savute is home to a large population of resident elephants, which tend to congregate right in front of Savute Safari Lodge to get a drink.
With six comfortably furnished viewing decks, a riverside boma, two bars, six different lounges and four dining locations, a comfy chair or lounger is never far away, each with a different perspective on the wilderness that surrounds the lodge. A large swimming pool provides welcome relief during hot afternoons and there is always a waiter on hand to bring you refreshments from the bar.
Each of the forty-seven rooms at the lodge is river-facing and air-conditioned, featuring overhead fans, complimentary mini bar, en-suite bathrooms and a private terrace. For those guests who demand the ultimate in exclusivity, the Lodge has four river-view suites, each with its own plunge pool and separate lounge area.
Guests wishing to pamper themselves are welcome to book one of the delightful treatments from our in-house beautician (for which there is an extra charge) or hit the gym for some exercise between the usual Lodge activities (complimentary).
