The freedom offered by car hire, we could easily go and explore the most remote locations of our properties (including full western Crete which is the most beautiful part of the island passing). 1 hotel near Heraklion is a small village typically Cretan good entry in the holiday despite the hotel still remains very rudimentary. The Mistral Bay in Agios Nikolaos is not recommended, nonexistent service, mediocre buffet, thankfully full sea view room went up the note ... And Minos Rethymnon hotel is the one on which he had to finish this autotour! Everything was perfect, lovely staff, varied and very good buffet, and free bike rentals made us forget that it was some distance from the heart of the center of town. In any case this was a great holiday, thank you for Voyage Privé for this flawless organization (or is it really because you become demanding +)

Hotels in Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos, their table service, hospitality. The welcome at the hotel Rethymnon. Details of leaves to find the hotels were clear. The proximity to the beach in Agios Nikolaos and Rethymnon and the presence of a swimming pool in all the hotels. We have always been very well received.

A charming hotel next to Heraklion a beautiful hotel in Agios Nikolaos great. A very nice trip, especially at this time when the nature is beautiful, the ideal temperature for walking and enjoy. It should not be chilly for swimming. Very few tourist.

We enjoyed our stay in Crete. It was pleasant to change hotels to discover varied regions of Crete. Given our arrival and departure times, we would have preferred to have the hotel near Heraklion the day before departure (we had to be at the airport at 4am) rather than on arrival. We especially liked the 1st (Arolithos Village in Tylissos) and the last Hotel (Hermes in Agios Nikolaos). The airline company AEGEAN Airlines is very good and punctual, the service on board is perfect.
