Your itinerary in detail —
Day 1 - 3
Day 1: Hanoi
Arrive at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi where you will be met by a guide and private driver. Enjoy some free time to relax after a long journey. If time permits, visit the Old Quarter of Hanoi also known as "the 36 streets". Take a tour through the charming Hang Be Market and around beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake to get a glimpse of local life.

Day 2: Hanoi
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby. The day begins with a visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh.
In the afternoon, a walking tour takes you to the most well-known streets in the heart of the old quarter, crossing amazing dark and narrow alleys to witness local life. Stop to have a drink and taste a typical local dish if you wish. The walk ends at O Quan Chuong Gate, one of the 5 gates that once surrounded Thang Long Citadel, which remains a true "square gate".

Day 4 - 7
Day 4: Tu Le Valley - Mu Cang Chai
After breakfast, you will be picked up for the drive to Mu Cang Chai, considered an unusual paradise and one of the favourite destinations for all those who love nature and adventure, authentic beauty and far from mass tourism. Enjoy beautiful rice terraces with interesting hiking trails to the high mountain slopes dotted with villages of local ethnic groups and learn about the daily life of the locals. On the way back to your resort, visit a village and participate in the production of “young rice" with the villagers, if you visit during the young rice season around the end of September and the beginning of October.

Day 5: Tu Le Valley - Hanoi
In the morning, enjoy the swimming pool and the Onsen or take a bike ride through villages and rice fields to meet the locals and explore more of their life. Transfer to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

Day 7: Ha Long Bay - Da Nang - Hoi An
Have breakfast while enjoying the stunning view of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee. Visit Frog Pond, where you can freely kayak and explore or swim. Back at your cabin, relax and pack up before departure. Then, enjoy a light lunch on board. Finish your cruise at Tuan Chau Harbour.
Return to Hanoi by private car or shared luxury limousine, and continue to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, your driver will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Hoi An.

Day 8 - 11
Day 8: Hoi An
This morning tour gives you a glimpse of country life on the outskirts of Hoi An Old Town. Amazing experiences start with a bike ride through picturesque villages, rice fields, and a graveyard, and you'll see water buffaloes and coconut gardens, and meet local villagers. Continue your bike ride to Cam Thanh village, and enjoy a basket boat ride on the river. Your lunch is served with a local family.
In the afternoon, you will discover Hoi An by hiking around the town and its marvellous port. Follow the narrow streets lined with houses with Chinese, Japanese, French and European architecture and visit the many tourist sites: the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Meeting Hall, the local fish market, and the many art galleries. Continue with a visit to a craftsman's house in the old quarters.

Day 9: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh
After breakfast, there's time to relax until the transfer to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival in the capital, your driver and guide will pick you up and take you to the city centre. Visit the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post, fine examples of architecture from the French colonial period.

Turn towards the Cai Son canal that winds through the coconut jungle, and visit a coconut processing workshop along the canal. Taste coconut candies and tropical fruits and listen to local music performed by villagers. Meet a family making sleeping mats and take a tuktuk ride on the shady paths, beside the rice fields and vegetable gardens. Return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh
Return to the airport, ready for your flight home.

Beach Extension (13 or 15-night tours)
Day 9: Hoi An Beach Extension
After breakfast, transfer from your hotel in the city centre to Binh Minh Beach Resort. Binh Minh Beach is located about 13km from the ancient city of Hoi An and is close to Tam Ki town, Quang Nam. This wild and naturally beautiful beach is a quiet and peaceful place, separate from the more crowded destinations.

Day 10 - 11 or 10 - 13: Hoi An Beach Extension
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your resort and plenty of free time to relax on your peaceful beach holiday.
