DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HO CHI MINH CITY

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY - MEKONG DELTA
Head into the lush rice paddies and fruit farms of the Mekong Delta. Travel from Ho Chi Minh City to My Tho, the gateway to the delta, and enjoy a scenic motorboat ride past stilt houses and fish farms. Cycle through quiet village lanes lined with orchards and cottages. Visit a family-run coconut candy workshop, sip honey tea, taste tropical fruits, and chat with locals for a glimpse into rural life. You may also choose a peaceful horse-drawn carriage ride before ending the day with a serene sampan cruise along narrow canals, then return to Ho Chi Minh City by mid-afternoon.

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH CITY - PHU QUOC
Enjoy some free time before your transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight to Phu Quoc. On arrival, the resort’s shuttle will take you straight to your accommodation.
Called the Pearl Island for its natural riches, Phu Quoc is a tranquil retreat for nature and sea lovers. Largely unspoilt and off the tourist trail, its untouched white-sand beaches and lush forests offer the perfect setting for trekking, diving, and snorkelling.

DAY 7-8: HOI AN
Enjoy two relaxing days: unwind at your hotel, explore the shops in the Old Town, take a dip in the hotel's pool, or visit the nearby beaches of An Bang or Cua Dai, just 5 km from the city centre. You can also opt for the optional excursions (at an extra cost).

DAY 9: HOI AN - DANANG - HANOI
After breakfast, transfer (without a guide) to Danang Airport for your flight to Hanoi. On arrival, meet your guide and head into the city (30 km – 45 minutes). Visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (closed on Mondays), which showcases a fascinating collection of costumes and objects from the country’s 54 ethnic minority groups. In the afternoon, explore the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, before strolling through the Old Quarter, known for its "36 streets with 36 products". Enjoy a tasting of Hanoi’s famous egg coffee before a leisurely walk around the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake, the "Lake of the Returned Sword", named after a magical sword once used by a revered hero to defeat the Ming dynasty.

DAY 10: HANOI - HA LONG
After breakfast at your hotel, between 7:30 and 8:00, your driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby. You will transfer by shared bus (without a guide) to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage natural site. Upon arrival, embark on one of the bay’s most luxurious cruises, enjoy a welcome drink, check into your cabin, and have lunch while the boat sails slowly through the bay (Ha Long Bay or Lan Ha Bay), passing stunning rock formations and offering a variety of fascinating excursions to explore the beauty of the bay.

DAY 11: HA LONG - HANOI
In the morning, enjoy the sunrise and practise Tai Chi on the terrace. As you have breakfast, sail through the bay, passing various rock formations, islets, caves, and fishing villages. Disembark around 10:30 – 11:00. Your driver will transfer you back to Hanoi.

In the morning, take a shared bus with your guide to Sapa, passing from plains to mountainous jungle. Arrive in Sapa around 1:00 PM.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading towards Ta Giang Phinh, a remote H'mong hill tribe village along a peaceful stream, where traditional customs remain strong despite modern influences. Trek through wild, untouched landscapes with stunning mountains and endless terraced fields. Along the way, interact with the Blue H'mong people and notice their distinctive customs and clothing. Capture photos of the friendly villagers and the scenic views of terraced fields, streams, and mountains.

Sapa, famous for its terraced rice fields and over 30 hill tribes, offers excellent hiking opportunities.
After meeting your guide, transfer to Y Linh Ho village and hike to the Black H'mong village, known for their indigo-dyed, batik-decorated clothes. Learn about their traditional lifestyle. Continue to the Muong Hoa valley, with stunning views of rice fields and lush hills. If visiting between July and September, observe local farming. Visit a local H'mong family in Lao Chai, where you'll also learn to make traditional coloured sticky rice.
Next, head to Ta Van village, home to the Zay people, known for their simple yet striking costumes. Capture beautiful photos of the rice fields and village.

Take a day out to visit the My Son sanctuary, the holy land of the Champa kingdom and a UNESCO World Heritage site, then head to Hoian for a tour of this charming, unspoilt town. If time allows, visit a local fish market and a village where the famous nuoc mam (fermented fish sauce) is produced.
In the morning, on arrival at the sanctuary, you will watch a traditional performance by Cham dancers to introduce you to their culture. You will visit a collection of ruined Hindu Cham temples and relics in the My Son valley with your guide before departing around midday.
In the afternoon, you'll set off to discover Hoi An on a walking tour around the town and its port. Following the narrow streets lined with houses of Chinese, Japanese, French and European architecture, you will pass by the city's many tourist sites: the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Meeting Hall, the local fish market, etc.
