Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
After a long flight, you will arrive at the nearly thousand-year-old capital – Hanoi. Meet the driver at Noi Bai Airport and transfer to the hotel in the city centre. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Days 2: Hanoi – Free at Leisure (Breakfast)
After breakfast, Enjoy a free day to relax on your own or join an optional excursion to explore more about Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ha Long or Lan Ha (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
After breakfast between 07:45 - 08:00, you will drive to Ha Long Bay, a world heritage site of outstanding natural beauty. Travel through the rich agricultural lands of the Red River Delta and rice paddy landscapes, water buffaloes, the daily life of Vietnamese villages. Arrive in Ha Long and check in your boat cruise. Lunch on board. The cruise will then sail through many rocks and islets in various forms. The cruise will stop at times to visit various caves. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4: Ha Long – Hanoi – Hue (Breakfast/Brunch)
In the morning, your brunch will be served while the cruise continues to discover the beauties of the bay before returning to dock. The junk boat will continue towards the port of Ha Long. Disembark at around 11 am Pick up by our driver and transfer back to Hanoi. You will then drive straight to the airport for flight to Hue. Upon arrival in Hue, you will be welcomed and transferred by driver to the hotel. Overnight in Hue.

Day 5: Hue – Free at Leisure (Breakfast)
After breakfast, enjoy free time to relax, explore the city on your own or join our optional excursion below to explore more about the imperial city. Overnight in Hue.

Day 6: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An (Breakfast) – Without guide
After breakfast, you will proceed along one of Vietnam most scenic highways to Hoi An in a transfer by private car. When crossing the Hai Van pass, you will have a chance to contemplate a superb panorama of the central coastline and the beach of Lang Co – one of the most beautiful beaches of Vietnam. You will arrive in Hoi An after 3 hours driving. Lunch on your own and the rest of the day is free at leisure to enjoy the beach or explore the old town. Overnight in Hoi An.

Days 7-8: Hoi An – Free at Leisure (Breakfast)
Enjoy 2 full free days to relax at the hotel, enjoy the beach or join an optional Tra Que Market Village excursion. We suggest visiting An Bang beach, 4km east of Hoi An old town, this is a newly discovered beach by tourists. To get there, you can take a taxi for about 10 minutes. You can rent bicycles or motorcycles to move along quiet little country roads like most tourists.

An Bang is a fine white sand beach stretching for 4 km, with blue water and calm waves, where locals come to have fun and relax with the family. The beauty of An Bang Beach has been chosen as one of the 100 most beautiful beaches on the planet by CNN Travel. As part of the top 100 most beautiful beaches, many foreign tourists now go to this beach, if they visit Hoi An. Although there are some bars along the beach, you will be assured that the beauty of this beach has been preserved. An Bang is the perfect place to rest and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9: Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast)
After breakfast, you will be transferred without a guide to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, the driver will drive you to the hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City- Free time (Breakfast)
Enjoy free time to explore the city on your own or visit Ben Tre as an option. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (Breakfast)

Your Optional Excursions —

Visit Ha Long Bay on land (Ninh Binh)

Your guide and driver will pick you up and drive you to the nature reserve. Arriving at Trang An pier, a flat-bottomed rowboat will take you to discover what is known as the "Ha Long Bay on Land". Take a 2-hour boat trip and row through many flooded caves with weird names: Tối (dark), Sáng (bright), Nấu Rượu (alcohol distillation), Ba Giọt (three caves), etc. Nowadays, there are about 48 discovered caves in Trang An, which nestled among a harmonious and intact landscape made from mountains and river. The tectonics exercised in these places for millions of years has made it a vast complex that constitutes a unique ecosystem hosting several dozen endemic species of fauna and flora. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, take a bike ride to discover the ancient Bich Dong Pagoda and the surrounding area – the typical rural landscape of the Red River Delta. Return to Hanoi at the end of the afternoon.

Please note, when there are many Vietnamese tourists, the program of Trang An will be replaced by visits to the Van Long Nature Reserve as below:

Depart for Van Long Nature Reserve, a completely natural and authentic landscape which located 20km north of Ninh Binh city centre. Upon arrival, take a rowing boat tour to discover the Van Long Nature Reserve (also known as the Van Long Biological Preservation Area), an exceptional natural site. This 2-hour boat trip allows you to discover an array of great poetry in a quiet setting, with karstic rocks emerging from the water and wildlife, are all around. Far from the hustle cities, you will feel calm among nature with birds, waters, limestone rocks, and plants.

Hue City Tour

Depart from your hotel to visit the Thanh Toan Covered Bridge, a local market, and the surroundings of this authentic village. Then you will cruise the Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda and the Tombs of King Minh Mang (oriental style decoration). Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Imperial Citadel (World Cultural Heritage), the Hat Tower, Porte de Ngo Mon or the Palace of Thai Hoa. Return to Hue.

Tra Que Village - Cooking Class

Take a bike ride to the vegetable village of Tra Que, then take a walk around the vegetable garden and participate in the preparation and fertilisation of the land with the local lake's algae: rake, sow, water the plants, and pick the green vegetables with the local farmers.

Continue with a cooking class to learn how to prepare Huu Tam Spring Rolls and Banh Xeo with your host, then enjoy the specialities made by yourself. The return trip to Hoi An will be by bike. Continue to explore Hoi An on foot around the city and its wonderful harbour. Follow the narrow streets lined with houses with Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit the many sights: the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Meeting Room, the local fish market. Around the town, you can see the art galleries and tailor shops and why not make custom clothing?

Visit Ben Tre (Mekong Delta)

After around 2.5-hours-drive from bustling Ho Chi Minh City, you will arrive at Ben Tre. You will then board a boat with opened sides so you can enjoy your unobstructed surroundings. As you meander down the Mekong, you'll have a chance to observe from the happenings on the riverbank from the comfort of your boat.

Your first visit is at coconut processing worship on a small islet. Observe the whole procedure and find out that the locals utilise every bit of the coconut. Back on the boat, you will sail towards the mainland to drop in for a visit to see how local peel off coconut husk using simple tools. Next is a tuk-tuk ride taking you to a local family making coconut-leaves-swobs. Meet our friendly host and gain insight into local traditional methods to make a swob.

Continue with a relaxing bike ride on the lush and evergreen rural road. Cycle through peaceful villages, meet friendly & smiling locals saying hello and feel the tranquil scenes of rural life. Next is a rowing boat through the crisscross canals. Feel relaxed while observing the slow pace of Mekong Delta life. You then have a short walk on the narrow village lane to Mr Ba’s family. His hospitable greetings and tasty local cake will make you right at home. His family member will be happy to share the recipe and method of their local cake. Enjoy tea with honey and dried coconut while chatting with the family about their daily routine, the local culture and custom, and why you don’t let a local fortune-teller tell you what is supposed to happen in the future.

Lunch will be served with Mekong specialities at a riverside restaurant. Relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere before transferring to the pier where the waiting driver will transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Visits to Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat temples

Departure around 8:00 in a tuk-tuk on the less travelled paths of the Angkor complex. You will cross the jungle through local villages and local shops. This is a very special day that will allow you to explore some of the most beautiful temples of Angkor Thom, the great city and Angkor Wat, the state temple.

Visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (in the 12th century), see the southern entrance, Temple of Bayon, unique for its 54 towers decorated with more than 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara. You will also discover the royal enclosure, Phimeanakas and The Elephant Terrace and the Leper King's Terrace. Enjoy lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the famous temple Angkor Wat, a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendour. Angkor Wat is the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, running along the walls of the outer gallery and telling stories of Hindu mythology, transfer to your hotel.

Roulos Group and Floating Village Kompong Kleang

At 08:00, depart by car to visit the group of Roulos, the monuments of Roulos which served as the capital of Indravarman I are among the largest temples of the pre-Angkorian era and mark the beginning of the traditional Khmer art. Visit of Preah Ko erected at the end of the 9th century. The Bakong is its Buddhist monastery located north of the eastern entrance. The Lolei and its four brick towers, a replica of Preah Kho, built on an island now inhabited by rice paddies. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, departure by private car to visit the lake village of Kompong Khleang, its breathtaking landscapes: floodplains, expanses of water as far as the eye can see, rice fields ... Walk in the village to the meeting the inhabitants. Traditional boat ride on the canals.

Banteay Srei - Banteay Srame

Your guide will pick you up to explore the complex Angkor. Discover Banteay Srei, compact in size, with a remarkable state of preservation and excellence of decorative sculpture. See Banteay Srame, the sandstone rose coloured walls are decorated with sculptures and bas-reliefs, which are among the most accomplished things Angkor has to offer. Lunch in a restaurant. You will then continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of huge trees and gigantic lianas. See Prasat Kravan - with its unique sculptures on the bricks, and then move onto Srah Srang - The Royal Bathtubs "were once used for ritual bathing. Finally you will visit Banteay Kdei (surrounded by four concentric walls).
