Your Itinerary —
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by a guide and transferred to your hotel in the city centre to check in (Hotel check-in time: 14:00. Early check-in is not included). Relax after a long journey.

Worldwide famous as a city of lakes, shaded boulevards and verdant public parks, Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, is different things to different people. The city is a perfect blend of the exotic chic of old Asia and the dynamic face of new Asia, of Parisian grace and Asian pace. Hanoi is where imagination becomes reality.
You can spend this free day to explore the city by yourself or choose our optional excursions:
Start your day with a visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh - the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (viewed from outside on Mondays, Fridays and afternoons due to closure), and the house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda. Next up visit Tran Quoc Pagoda- Hanoi’s oldest pagoda on the bank of West Lake. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university which was constructed in the 11th century. Later on walk around on the Old Streets which was named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake to learn about legend of the lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple, followed by the Water Puppet show - a uniquely Northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from rural life and episodes of national history.

After breakfast, you will depart by road to Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. Travel through the rich farmlands of the Delta of Red river and the landscape of rice fields, water buffalo, the daily life of the Vietnamese village. Upon arrival, welcome aboard. Enjoy welcome drink before check in at your cabin. While the junk is passing many rocky islets, caves, floating villages and beaches, your lunch will be served on board with fresh seafood. Explore a beautiful cave. Kayak from Titov beach to Luon Cave which is a thrust through a mountain’s foot and leads to exotic mountains covered by dense jungle. Enjoy the sunset on the bay. Later on, the junk moves a quiet area to dock for overnight stay. Dinner with Vietnamese food is served on board.

Day 4: Ha Long Bay - Hanoi - Hue
Tea and coffee is served with cakes. Cruise through the bay see more islands and Islets. Check out and enjoy brunch on board. At about 11.00AM disembark and drive back to Hanoi. You will drive straight to the airport for a flight to Hue. Upon landing, you’re met by our driver (no guide) and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Hue.

If you are history buffs, Hue will easily be high on your Vietnam must-see list. This capital of Nguyen emperors is packed with temples, tombs, palaces and pagodas or at least the remains of those that successive armies didn’t manage to completely destroy. The north bank of the beautiful Perfume River is host to its share of hotels and restaurants offering Imperial- style cuisine for which the city is rightly famous.
Day 5 Optional Excursion I: Hue City with Pagoda, Tombs, and Imperial Citadel by Car (lunch included)
Departure from your hotel at 8:00AM. Our guide and driver will meet you at the hotel and then transfer to the boat landing for a leisurely boat trip along the Perfume River to visit the towering Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the most famous landmarks of Huế. Continue driving through scenic road to Tombs of King Minh Mang & King Tu Duc. The tomb of Tu Duc, the ‘poet Emperor’, is set in an elegant garden with a magnificent lake and pavilion complex.
Enjoy a delicious lunch with Hue Specialties at the lush green garden restaurant near Tu Duc King Tomb. After lunch, visit the Imperial Citadel where Kings of Vietnam's last feudal dynasty ruled from 1802 to 1945, including Flag Tower, Nine Holy Cannons, Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Nine Dynastic Urns, Forbidden Purple City, etc. Your tour will end at your hotel around 5:00 pm.
Day 5 Optional Excursion II: Joined Hue - Vespa Scooter Tour & Home Visit (1/2 Day)
Our guide and Vespa rider will meet you at hotel or transfer to Vespa Café. After briefing, we start to ride from the new city to the old city. We pass Truong Tien Bridge and Dong Ba Market.
Discover the old city when we ride Vespa inside Hue Citadel, glimpse charming streets and trading activities. You also see the back of the citadel before keep riding out to the greenery garden houses. Follow the small roads in the rural area, we pass by local houses, vegetable gardens, schools before we stop at Thien Mu boat landing for a break and taking pictures when the sun is going down. Riding to the west to Vong Canh Hill for a wonderful view of mountains and Perfume River. Stop at the incense making village is optional.
On the top of the hill, you contemplate the landscape while drinking Champagne, local beer and soft drinks.
Ride your Vespa on its way to visit Doan family. After the introduction, the host presents and explains typical local culture features such as the practice of ancestral worship, daily family routine and the value of family ties in a Vietnamese' perception. Then you join the host in preparing your foods before sitting down for a cozy meal. Hue is famous for its cuisine and the host has a select menu of local specialties. More family stories to come during the meal time. After finishing dinner, we say goodbye to the family. Get on Vespa and ride back to your hotel in the city.
In the morning, depart Hue for Hoi An. En route you will pass the Ocean Clouds Pass, China Beach area, Lang Co Village before heading for Hoi An. Finally we arrive at the quaint merchant coastal town of Hoi An. Check in your hotel and be free at leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City
Today you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by our driver and check in your hotel.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City (Free)
You will have a free day in Ho Chi Minh City to explore the city and its surroundings by yourself. Or, you are able to choose from one of our following tour suggestions:
At 8:00 you will meet the guide at the hotel and visit the moving and harrowing War Remnants Museum, which presents a partial, but riveting, view of the American War, as it is known in Vietnam. Continue to the Reunification Palace, former residence of the Indochina Governor General and later President of the Republic of Southern Vietnam until reunification in April 30, 1975. Next, visit other highlights of the city including the gorgeous Notre Dame Cathedral, the wedding cake-like Old Post Office, the bustling Ben Thanh Market.
In the afternoon, drive 70km out of the bustling Saigon to the Cu Chi Tunnels, established 1948, to assist the Viet Minh to combat the French. This is an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapon shops, field hospitals and command centers. During the Vietnam War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a fire free zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of the tunnels have been opened for visitors. Return to your hotel after 4 hour tour.

Day 10 Optional Excursion II: Full Day to Mekong Delta
Depart from your hotel at 8:00 and drive 2 hours to Ben Tre Province crossing Rach Mieu bridge. On arrival in Hung Vuong Pier, hop on a motorized boat on Ben Tre River – one of tributaries of Mekong river while sight-seeing lively activities along river as fishing, water transferring. Our first stop is at brick kiln to see how to make bricks traditionally by printing and baking. Continue to visit one of plenty of coconut processing workshops located along canal. Return to the boat and go through natural scissors creeks to a village and see some local houses making sleeping mats and enjoying some fruits. Take a motorised cart (tuk tuk) or bicycle on shady paths, pass by green rice fields and vegetable plains to be able to touch on real life and find out about tropical culture from peasants. Have lunch at a local riverside restaurant.
After lunch, we take a rowing-boat along beautiful water palm creek before meeting up the motorized boat and transfer you back to the pier. Our car will be picked you up there and drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
This excursion includes: a local English speaking guide, private 4-seat car with driver, entrance fee, private boat in Mekong Delta, tuk tuk ride, 01 lunch at local restaurant, 2 bottled mineral waters and 02 wet wipes per person.
Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure
You will be free today until you meet your driver for a transfer to the airport in a good time to connect to your departure flight.
