The hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant boasts an ever-changing array of unique dishes created using British seafood.
Masterminded by Nathan Outlaw, who also holds 2 Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in Port Isaacs, and Head Chef Andrew Sawyer, they source the freshest and best seafood from fishermen they know. They let the ingredients take centre stage and menus showcase an array of original and creative seafood dishes.
The Capital Bar
This intimate bar offers the finest selection of cocktails from champagne to vodka, cognac and whisky. The knowledgeable team host whisky and cocktail masterclasses on request, these make fantastic gifts or simply treat yourself.
Delicious light meals are also available from 12.00 noon until 11.00pm and a traditional Afternoon Tea is available from 2.30pm.
