- JALUN (All-day dining):
Includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the JALUN restaurant. If there is no buffet (due to low occupancy), a rotating à la carte menu will be offered.
Buffet breakfast: 6.30am to 10.30am
Buffet lunch: 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm
Buffet dinner: from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm
The all-inclusive package starts on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
All-inclusive alcoholic beverages will be served from 12:30 to 23:00 in Jalun.

- YAMBA ROCK (Pool Bar) included:
All-inclusive alcoholic beverages will be served from 12:30 to 19:00.

- WABI SABI (Beach Club) included:
All-inclusive alcoholic beverages will be served from 12:30 to 19:00.

No wristband, no package, full billing.

Customer check-in:

The GSA (Customer Service Agent) will explain the catering points included in the package.
The wristband must be attached to the wrist according to the colour code and age.
If you refuse to wear the wristband, the GSA will explain that your all-inclusive wristband gives you access to the hotel's services and facilities. Remember to wear it at all times and present it when necessary to enjoy the benefits of your package.
You must wear the bracelet throughout your stay and can remove it when you check out.
The bracelet must not be shared with another guest.

Restaurant customers:

The F&B (Food and Beverage) team will identify you according to the colour of their wristband, take your room number and assist you.
A guest without a wristband in the restaurant, requesting the all-inclusive package, will be politely refused access as they have not followed the guidelines.
For items not included in the all-inclusive package, such as cocktails, premium drinks, etc., charges will be applied according to the à la carte menu.

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
