The Flow Kitchen, with its innovative cuisine showcases culinary classics from all over the world.

There is also The Cigar Room and the Mashrabiya Lounge for those refreshing and relaxing moments and to enjoy evening activities in Dubai.

Your Time —

Just for you: complimentary one time upgrade to 90 minute treatment when 60 minute treatment is booked at the spa, and two free 2 hours complimentary accesses to the Falcon junior club (max 2 children per room).

Willow Stream Spa has 13 individually appointed spa suites inclusive of 2 couples suites along with social spaces by the pool, relaxation lounges, steam rooms and saunas, yoga and fitness areas.

Sports include beach volleyball, running club, personal training, group classes and 3 world class golf courses nearby.

Kids will enjoy the daily children’s program at the Fairmont Falcon Juniors' Club, where facilities include a climbing wall, obstacle course, splash park, and an xbox, wii and playstation zone.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included. The transfer distance is approximately 42km / 35 minutes.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service.  Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.
Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services.  Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Prive to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
