Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa offers something for every palate with Casual and Fine Dining Options in the four restaurants plus a beach grill for snacks and light meals.
Coconut Walk - Located adjacent to the airy lobby, Coconut Walk is Coconut Bay's main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The casual buffet-style dining room features an internationally inspired menu to ensure all guests have a variety of culinary options to choose from. Breakfast consists of everything from an omelette station, bacon and eggs to a variety of fresh fruits, pastries and cereals. For lunch, guests can choose from fresh salads, soups and hot entrées.
Capri - Looking to grab a bite while enjoying the ocean breeze? Visit Capri, offering a tasty array of Italian dishes in a casual outdoor atmosphere. Menu highlights include spaghetti, lasagne and ravioli with a Caribbean and seafood flare. Reservations required.
Beach Grill - Serving popular snacks and grilled favourites such as burgers, pizza, jerk chicken, sandwiches, fries, wraps and more!
Silk - Modern Asian cuisine is served at Silk where red décor, superb service and fresh ingredients set the mood. The chefs specialise in fusing local ingredients into Mandarin-inspired dishes. Seating schedules accommodate both families and couples. Reservations for Silk must be made in advance in the lobby.
Calabash - Revive your taste buds in Calabash, the resort’s new Caribbean specialty restaurant showcasing Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Guests will delight in new menu offerings with appetizers and main courses featuring curry and jerk seasonings, fresh seafood, salads, steak and delicious tropical desserts. Reservations for Calabash must be made in advance in the lobby.
Bars - Coconut Bay features six bars throughout the resort – including a swim-up bar – with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic Caribbean beverages constantly flowing. At each bar, the Coconut Bay spirit comes to life with the energy from the resort’s bartenders, who keep the vibe alive as they serve up an assortment of tropical blends from smoothies and mixed drinks to popular cocktails or Piton, the local beer. Ask about the signature “Cocktail of the Day” made with St. Lucian rum, which is served at all six bars.

Adults Only Pool - On the Harmony side of Coconut Bay and exclusively for guests over 18, is the intimate adult pool & bar ideal for intimate moments. Surrounded by palm trees, hammocks and daybeds, this serenity pool and tiki hut-like bar are perfectly nestled between the Kai Mer Spa and Wedding Pavilion.
Activity Pool - In the heart of the resort, centrally located between the Harmony and Splash wings is the Activity Pool where guests can enjoy water volleyball or water aerobics before warming up with a cocktail in the adjacent oceanfront whirlpool.
Water park - Saint Lucia's largest water park is a fun diversion for the young and young at heart. Grab a beverage and coast on a tube around the lazy river or climb to the top of the tower and choose from two exhilarating slides. The wide open Twister offers several exciting curves before ending in a small pool requiring a quick slip down a smaller slide to exit. The Coconut Cannon sends guests through a fully enclosed series of thrilling turns.
Beach - Enjoy one mile of white sand, swaying palms and soothing Atlantic breezes on Saint Lucia's exotic south coast. Coconut Bay's beach is manicured daily and provides the hotel’s signature view of the Maria Islands with opportunities to lounge in cabana beds, swaying hammocks or chaises under Tiki huts designed for enjoying tropical cocktails. For the more active beach enthusiasts the hotel offer windsurfing and some of the world's finest kitesurfing at the 2Elements water sports complex. Nature lovers will also enjoy seasonal turtle nesting.
