Saint Lucia, in the eastern Caribbean, is an island of dramatic peaks, lush rainforests and golden beaches washed by turquoise waters. Framed by the iconic Pitons rising steeply from the sea, it blends natural splendour with Creole charm, from fishing villages and botanical gardens to luxury resorts and coral reefs.

Good to know:
Saint Lucia is served by two airports: Hewanorra International in the south and George F. L. Charles near Castries. The best time to visit is during the dry season (December to April), when the weather is warm and sunny. The local currency is the Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD), though US dollars are widely accepted.
