Day 1: Arrival in Sri Lanka - Balapitiya (The River House 4*)
On arrival to Bandaranaike International Airport, meet our English speaking chauffeur guide and enjoy a transfer to The River House 4* in Balapitiya which will take approximately 2 hours. The River House 4* is an escape to sheer seclusion on the banks of the Madhu River. It has been ranked as one of CNN Travel’s top ‘Sexy Skinny Dip’ spots on the globe and has also been handpicked for a collection of the most special escapes in the world by Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Upon your arrival, you will receive a soothing beverage to refresh from your journey. This will be followed by an in-suite massage, where you will be brought holistic healing. Stumble out bed and have an experienced therapists lay their hands on you for supreme serenity. The hotel's spa menu is a blend of everything blissful, offering soothing rituals for the body, mind and soul. After relaxing, you will be treated to a scrumptious dinner (in-suite dining is an option).

Day 2: Balapitiya (The River House 4*)
Start the day with a nutritious breakfast. Thereafter, visit the Balapitiya market in order to experience Sri Lanka's vibrant culinary culture. The hotel's chefs will accompany you to select the freshest of produce. Once back at the resort, you will be guided through handpicked recipes of regional cuisine. Feel triumphant as you and your loved one dine on your own preparations after. Experience a 2-hour session of Yoga which will be conducted by a professional Yoga instructor amidst nature on the river deck by the Madhu River. Afterwards, enjoy an exotic dinner to end an eventful day.

Day 3: Balapitiya (The River House 4*)
After breakfast, you will be taken on a river safari down the Madhu Ganga through its winding waterways and incredible mangrove forest. A river safari lets you glide through the blue waters as colourful birds fly above and monkeys grin down from trees. While on the safari, there will be a few stops, to the cinnamon cultivation and a magnificent temple. This will be followed by a cycle tour to a village in Balapitiya, where you can experience the tradition and simple lives of the community. You will be guided by a local English speaking trekker to the village and back. What more could you want to end a perfect stay at The River House 4*? A Candlelit Dinner by the pool, of course.
