Information for visitors travelling to the Seychelles:

All visitors travelling to the Seychelles will have to pay a mandatory tourism environmental levy of 100 SCR per room, per night (large tourism accommodation, yachts & island resorts).

From 1 August 2023, the Seychelles environmental tourism levy will apply as follows:

• Small tourism accommodation (1-24 rooms) will be required to charge visitors SR 25.00 per person per night

• Medium tourism accommodation (25-50 rooms) SR 75.00 per person per night

• Large tourism accommodation (51 rooms and above), yachts and island resorts SR 100.00 per person per night.

• Island resorts relate to establishments based on any island other than Mahe, Praslin, La Digue or Cerf Island and as defined in the Tourism Development Act 2019.

• Establishments will charge and collect this levy from the visitors upon check-out.

Please note, any included meals are usually served at the hotel’s main buffet restaurant (unless stated otherwise). The optional all-inclusive package, available at an additional cost, includes:

    The all-inclusive package at STORY Seychelles begins as soon as you arrive at reception and ends when you return your room key.

    Enjoy a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from opening to closing time at all bars and restaurants.

    Breakfast is served at Vasco's (buffet), or it can be served in your room.

    You can have lunch at the Ripples bar-restaurant, at 1502 or in your room.

    For dinner, you can visit Vasco's (buffet), Trader Vic's*, Eden* or Paris Seychelles* (within the Fisherman's Cove resort) or have it served in your room.

*Table reservations are required for dinner. Choice of starter, main course and dessert.

    The minibar in your room is restocked daily.


Please note: 

    Tobacco, shisha, premium spirits, champagne, lobster supplement or a ‘Tête-à-tête’ dinner are not included in the all-inclusive package. 

    Included meals and drinks cannot be shared between guests.

    All services included in the all-inclusive package are only available to guests who have purchased the corresponding option.

Please note: Guests will have to cross a small public road to cross between the reception/restaurant area and the beach, as well as a small public road to access the bungalows, swimming pool, and turtle park.

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
