After lunch, you can enjoy a one-hour guided tour through this fascinating nature reserve, taking in the ruins of its ancient leper colony and the newly refurbished ‘Doctor’s House’, now a charming museum. The island trail meanders through a mangrove forest teeming with wildlife towards the impressive lagoon of Baie Laraie where small sharks and turtles abound and where you will also find the pen for rearing giant land tortoises in an exciting conservation project. Leaving Curieuse behind, we will eventually make our way to the third in our trio of island jewels, St Pierre, for the snorkelling experience of a lifetime, amid crystalline waters that abound with a myriad of fish and colourful coral formations. On the return journey you will be left the arduous task of deciding which of our three islands is the most magnificent!

This excursion, featuring some of Seychelles’ most famous landmarks, will introduce to you the extraordinary diversity of the destination. After your arrival on Praslin, Seychelles’ second-largest island, we will escort you to the legendary Vallée de Mai, home to the fabulous Coco de Mer and once believed to be the original site of the Garden of Eden. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Leaving the Vallée behind us we will take you to Praslin’s colourful Baie Ste Anne jetty where you will trace the footsteps of Seychelles’ earliest visitors by boarding a traditional schooner to the island of La Digue. Here is where time itself and time-honoured traditions appear to have Two Islands Melody stood still and where, on arrival at the island’s quaint jetty, you will be offered newly picked coconuts to refresh you. Our tour of l’Union Estate will reveal the secrets of the production of ‘coprah’ the flesh of the coconut that you will find drying in the kiln and taste while it is still warm. You will learn how coconut oil is made and have the opportunity of taking in the delights of the giant tortoise pen and the architectural splendour of the Plantation House. Our photo-stop at nearby Anse Source D’Argent will take your breath away as you capture the extraordinary beauty of one of the world’s most famous beaches, framed by limpid turquoise waters and age-old granite boulders. A delicious Creole buffet lunch will be served for you at a restaurant of choice after which we will invite you to enjoy an afternoon of leisure on the beach before again taking to the ocean for the return journey to Praslin.

Discover the raw beauty of these two island gems on our excursion into their sparkling domain, as we depart from La Digue for Coco Island, famous for sublime snorkelling before taking you on to stunning underwater sites of neighbouring Félicité. This is Seychelles’ underwater world at its very best, offering a treasure trove of vibrant marine life as well as extraordinary panoramas of the ocean and surrounding islands.

This is a great adventure for those young hearts with the first stop being at St. Pierre Island, a favourite with swimmers and snorkelers. You will then visit Curieuse island reserve, where you can admire the giant land tortoises and enjoy a one hour tour of the island, walking through the mountains and mangroves swamp to Anse Josee. The day continues with a mouth-watering BBQ lunch, served aboard the elegant Oplezir catamaran, before cruising to the stunning Anse Georgette beach for a photo stop and a refreshing swim. The trip will end with a scenic cruise along the North East coast of Praslin Island.

Cruise the crystalline waters on board via the island's community ferry to La Digue Island, where you will share some great moments at L’Union Estate. The property is home to the cemetery of the original settlers of the island and attractions include a traditional copra mill, giant land tortoises, an old Plantation house and the picturesque Anse Source d’Argent, famous for its huge granite boulders and clear turquoise water. Upon arrival on the island, hop on your bike and start your exploration, not knowing what surprises the next corner might bring.
