Praslin Island is the second largest in the Seychelles archipelago, and offers a more relaxed atmosphere than capital Mahé, with pristine beaches, a string of low-lying mountains and lush jungle interior famed for its rich flora and fauna. Thanks to its small size, its really easy to explore - you can reach anywhere on the island in under a 90 minute drive.
The beach outside your hotel is not suitable for swimming, but it is close to two of the most beautiful beaches on Praslin - Anse Georgette.(2.4 km / 10 mins drive) and Anse Lazio (1 hour trekking tour or 40 mins drive) which feature the smooth granite boulders and soft white sands which The Seychelles are famous for.
