Transfers:
It may be possible to add return airport transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). For inbound transfer arrangements, please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, Sixt car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability and Sixt office opening times upon your arrival). No trip to the city would be complete without visiting the lively neighbourhood of Bairro Alto, an area filled with cobbled lanes and eclectic bars, as well as vibrant history - this area dates back to the 16th century, and it’s worth seeing the magnificent Baroque interior of the São Roque church. Afterwards, grab an iconic pastel de nata from Pastéis de Belém, the birthplace of the pastry, before wandering over to the imposing Belém Tower on the shores of the Tagus river.
If you’re looking to escape the city, take an atmospheric boat trip along the river towards the Douro Valley, where you can taste some of the world’s finest wine.
