Carefully selected by our experts especially for you

Your Destination

Made up of 7,107 islands, the Philippines is defined by its pristine beaches, vivid green rice fields, fiery volcanoes, and diverse culture. The entire area covers around 300,000 square kilometres, and is surrounded by the South China Sea to the west, the Philippine Sea to the east and the Celebes Sea to the south. Many mountains and active volcanoes dot the landscape, and craggy limestone cliffs and caves border the crystal clear waters and powder soft white sands.

The religions, ethnicity, language and scenery varies hugely from island to island, resulting in an ever changing, multi layered experience of authentic Asia. Manila, where you'll begin your tour, is a maze of energy, where you can eat, drink, shop and sing (at one of the numerous karaoke bars!) 24 hours a day. With chaotic traffic blaring noisy horns, street food stalls wafting smells of delicious fried treats and lofty skyscrapers peppering the skyline, you're sure to be amazed. In Bohol, you'll be welcomed by the other end of the spectrum, from the lush jungle interiors, to the world class diving and pristine white beaches.

Day 1: Arrival in Manila
Upon arrival, meet your driver who will transfer you to your hotel in Manila. Inspired by a creative genius, The Picasso is where vintage meets novelty, where a hotel experience is transformed into an affair with the arts. Located at the Makati Central Business District, this boutique hotel is the ideal starting point for exploring the vibrant energy of Manila's city life. This is The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, where art and passion live.

Day 2: Manila - Bohol (Breakfast Included)
Your driver will meet you at your hotel and transfer you to the airport to catch your flight to Tagbilaran on the Philippine Airlines PR 2777 14:05-15:25. Upon arrival at Tagbilaran Airport, a resort representative holding a wooden "AMARELA" sign, will meet you and transfer you to the Amarela Resort. At the Amarela Resort on Panglao Island, take pleasure in a laid-back island experience that only this resort can give. This boutique resort in Panglao Island is a destination in itself. It is a first-rate hotel that is nurtured by the culture of Boholanos. From organic Filipino dishes to conveniences including banqueting services, water sports facilities, and Wi-Fi Internet access – Amarela has everything taken care of. Each room features antique furniture, local art, and travel essentials, such as a mini-bar and cable TV. Amarela is a recipient of the ASEAN Green Hotel Award. The staff pursue green hotel practices, like solid waste segregation, composting of wastes, and water recycling through rainwater collection. This environmentally-friendly resort is set on a gentle slope near the beach, commanding panoramic views of the Bohol Sea. It is around 30 minutes from Tagbilaran Airport and the Tagbilaran City Tourist Pier.

Day 3: Bohol (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
At 0830 am your guide will pick you up from the hotel. Today you will visit the highlights of Bohol and kayak on the Abatan River. Your first stop will be at the Philippine Tarsier and Wildlife Sanctuary in the town of Corella where you can see and observe these peculiar small primates in their natural habitat. The tarsier has such large eyes because it is a nocturnal hunter and the large eyes help maximise the available light. They don’t like it when someone takes their picture using a bright flash. Afterwards, head to the most famous tourist attraction in Bohol, the Chocolate Hills. They are covered in green grass that turns brown (like chocolate) during the dry season, hence the name. Another amazing nature attraction in Bohol is the Abatan river, one of the three main rivers of Bohol. You'll then drive to the town of Cortes. The Abatan River Community Life is being managed by a non-profit organisation in cooperation with the local government. Grab your kayak and paddle your way to the small passages of the nipa swamp together with your guide. Along the way you may witness people harvesting nipa palms or fishermen at work. Visit the fish cages, acquaint yourself with the different mangrove species or just paddle around and enjoy nature. After the tour your guide will drop you off at your accommodation.

Day 4: BohoL (Breakfast Included)

Day 5: Bohol - Siquijor (Breakfast Included)
At 08:45 am, your driver will meet you at your hotel and transfer to port for your ferry transfer going to Larena, Siquijor that will depart at 10:20.  Upon arrival at Larena, Siquijor port, your driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Siquijor (Coco Grove Beach Resort or similar). Rest of the day is at your own leisure.  With 800 meters of white beach surrounded by turquoise water, Coco Grove Beach Resort offers complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy and relax in surroundings of complete nature, from tropical gardens, crystal blue sea to spectacular marine life and unbelievable sunsets all on a long white sandy beach.

Overnight stay in a Deluxe Room at the Coco Grove Resort or Similar.
Day 6: Siquijor (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
Your guide and driver will meet you at the resort at 08:30 am. Today is a full day of activities around the island of Siquijor, known for its healing rituals. Wear your hiking shoes, comfortable apparel and swimming suit for the adventure ahead of you. Visit 2 well-known healers in the mountainous areas of Siquijor. Experience fumigation and Bulo-bulo healing. Fumigation, a ritual cleansing that will protect anyone from exposure to negative energies or a wellness massage or locally known as “hilot”. Another way to take out the negative vibes is to experience or witness the unique healing method of “bulo-bulo” where a glass jar, clean water, straw and magic stone are used to heal anyone who visits the mananambal (traditional healer). The healer blows air into the water through a straw as he passes the glass around the patient’s body, as the water became murky, the glass will be rinsed and the healer repeats the process until the water finally stays clear and that means that the patient/visitor is cleansed from bad spirits or any sickness. After the healing experiences the outdoor adventure begins. Proceed to Mt. Bandilaan, Siquijor’s highest peak. You will be dropped off at the jump-off point for you to start your trek in the lush forest of the nature centre. You will end your trek in the highest point of the mountain where you can climb the watch tower from where you have a view over the whole Island of Siquijor. Now, you will now head to Lazi, another town of Siquijor for your seafood lunch with a combination of other local cuisine. But before that, you need to relax your feet in a cool pond under a century old “Balete tree” where you can dip your feet and experience “fish spa”. Your guide will then accompany you to an old church and convent of Lazi, the church, also known for its huge convent, was declared a National Cultural Treasure by the National Museum of the Philippines. It was also nominated for the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List. After a taste of Siquijor’s heritage, it’s time to cool down and take a dip in Cambugahay Falls. This is a multi-tiered cascading waterfall with fresh and clean warm water run-off, coming from natural springs, watersheds and small rain forests of the higher mountains. After this, head back to the resort.

Your Optional Excursions

Half Day Tour of the Royal Grand Palace

Your Optional Excursions
The Royal Grand Palace, with its collection of pavilions and golden spires can only be described as an oriental masterpiece. Inside the Royal Chapel, there is the Emerald Buddha, which has been carved from a solid piece of jade. The palace is a true architectural masterpiece, consisting of several buildings from the outside and a magical inside, which was used as a royal residence from the 18th century to the mid-20th century. It is without any doubt a national reference and possibly the most visited royal monument of Thailand, which shouldn’t be missed. To round off the tour, we call in at a local lapidary factory and showroom where you will be able to get locally made jewellery, handicrafts and silk at competitive prices.

This tour is approx 4 hours long starting at approx 7.15 am or 12.15 pm. Transfers are included and it is recommended that casual smart clothes are worn. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. No flip flops or open shoes are allowed. Note: Parts of the Royal Grand Palace and/or Wat Phra Kaew can be closed during special royal or Buddhist ceremonies and during visits of foreign heads of state.

Half Day Floating Market

Your Optional Excursions
Start your day at the world-famous floating market of "Damnern Saduak", which is located about 100 kilometres southwest of Bangkok. On the way to the floating market, take a visit at a Coconut Sugar Farm -look around the farmhouse and see how they process the coconut sugar.  You can also taste a few things prepared freshly there. There are countless floating markets throughout the country, many within a couple of hours of the capital. The colourfully clad merchants at these lively markets paddle along congested canals in sturdy canoes laden with fresh fruits and vegetables to sell to shoppers on the banks. There is a lot of chatter and activity -bargaining is common -that's all part of the fun -but don't expect to get the price down more than a few baht. From fruits and flowers to everyday needs, it leaves nothing to be desired, although it is now somewhat over commercialized. You visit the lively market at its best early in the morning, before the crowds arrive and the day's heat breaks. This is an exciting and fun way to see the local life and to go bargain hunting.

This tour is approx 4 hours long starting at approx 6.30. Transfers are included and it is recommended that casual, comfortable and light clothes are worn.

Half Day Bangkok Canals

Your Optional Excursions
Experience a fascinating trip along the bustling river and the quiet klongs (canals) in a long tail boat, while enjoying scenes of life by the water. This boat trip will take you to a more traditional way of living, away from all the high-rise and modern buildings of Bangkok city centre, as we gently pass Thonburi residential areas. A stop will be made at the beautifully decorated Khmer Temple of Dawn "Wat Arun".

This tour is approx 4 hours long starting at approx 12.15 pm. Transfers are included and it is recommended that casual, comfortable and light clothes are worn.

Full Day Discover Ancient Ayutthaya By Coach & Cruise

Your Optional Excursions
Ayutthaya lies about an hours journey by coach to the north of the city and was the proud and powerful ancient capital of Siam until its destruction, 230 or so years ago. Much of the fabulous ornate city was lost at that time, but what remains will still give you an excellent idea of life during the 4 centuries that the Kings of Ayutthaya ruled. You will also visit the nearby summer palace of the present modern day Chakri dynasty.

After the sightseeing, you will travel by coach for approximately 1 hour to join a cruise boat at Wat Chong-Lom Pier for a leisurely boat ride (approximately 2 hours) back down the Chao Phraya River to River City Pier taking in all of the splendid scenery and typical Thai water-borne life on the way.

This tour is approx 8 hours long starting at approx 7.00 am. Transfers are included, along with an international buffet. It is recommended that you dress smart casual. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. No flip flops or open shoes are allowed.

Evening Dinner Cruise With White Orchid

Your Optional Excursions
Welcome to a world on the river, full of history, sights and sounds. Experience a romantic journey on the Chao Phraya River on board the luxury Anantara Rice Barge Dinner Cruise with warm Thai hospitality and discreetly attentive service. Cruising down the river, the Manohra will show you Bangkok by night while spectacular and memorable Thai culinary delicacies are served. Up to 40 guests can enjoy en route views of the famous Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn), the magnificent Grand Palace, The RoyalBarge Boathouse and numerous other temples and fascinating landmarks.

This tour is approx 3 hours long starting at approx 19.00 am. Transfers are included, along with a local street food tasting. It is recommended that casual, comfortable and light clothes are worn.
