Meeting with a "Bolo-bolo" healer:
The healing ritual consists of using a glass of clear water, black stone and a pipe. Using the pipe, the healer blows into the glass of water, moving it across the affected area of the patient's body. The water in the glass slowly becomes cloudy, filled with brown, cottony organic matter believed to be the bad elements removed from the patient's body. The process is repeated several times until the water remains clear, an indication that the impurities have been cured.
Visit the church of St. Francis of Assisi and its bell tower. Built in 1783, it is the first church you will see when you arrive from the Siquijor pier.

And yet, the landscape you will see is reminiscent of the Chocolate Hills. In a very flat area, more than 1200 conical hills rise up. There are various myths about the origins of this landscape. Your guide will be able to explain in detail the stories, ideas and truth behind these hills.
You will also have the opportunity to see the artificial forest of Bilar. It is a forest that stretches for two kilometres and is densely populated with mahogany trees. The forest is said to be artificial because the mahogany trees were planted by students several years ago.
You can also admire the famous tarsiers. It is a popular icon of Bohol. The Philippine tarsier, is known to be one of the smallest primates in the world. It is considered the mammal with the largest eyes in proportion to its body. It is important not to touch them, and to turn off the camera flash, as they are very fearful and vulnerable animals.
Next, we head to Baclayon Church, considered one of the oldest Catholic Church buildings in the Philippines, dedicated to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. It was founded in 1596.
End of the day, with a visit to the site: "Blood Pact" in Tagbilaran. This is where the pact between Sikatuna and Miguel Lopez de Legaspi (natives and Spaniards) took place. This act symbolises the peace and friendship between them, which took place on 16 March 1565.
A visit to Bohol is never complete without taking a tour of the Loboc River while having lunch. The floating restaurant will not only fill your belly, but the lush trees along the serene river during the cruise will surely make you feel relaxed. Your Destinations —
Cebu
Cebu Island is known for its beautiful white-sand beaches and crystal clear waters. The narrow and long island of 196 kilometres has many coves, 90 discovered waterfalls and 100s of mountains which visitors love to explore.
Cebu City is one of the oldest in the Philippines and was once home to the first Spanish colony. Today, the city has an international airport making it a hot spot for travellers to make the first stop before heading to other islands. This natural beauty is also a great place for diving as it has many protected marine gardens.
Bohol
This picturesque island boasts lush greenery and beautiful beaches. Known for its wildlife and unique landscapes, many visitors come to Bohol for adventure and exploration.
The most popular and well-known attraction on the island is the Chocolate Hills which are symmetrically rounded hills expanding to the horizon. In the dry season, these hills turn a brownish colour hence where they get their name from. Another great attraction on the island is the bamboo bridge which hangs over the slow-flowing river. Once you have crossed the bridge, you will find souvenir shops and local boutiques. This island is great for those seeking something unique and different but with a splash of beach and fun.
