Drive to the Anton Valley, a low-altitude mountain region with a temperate and very pleasant climate. El Valle de Antón is nestled 600 metres above sea level in the crater of an extinct volcano. With its beautiful vegetation, countryside atmosphere, waterfalls and rivers, you'll be able to observe a wide variety of flora and fauna, and find a multitude of natural beauties that you can explore on your own. Canyons, waterfalls, spectacular ridge paths - a complete change of scenery for nature lovers.

ANTON
A wide range of activities and excursions are on offer, including the organic garden, El Nispero zoo, El Chorro del Macho waterfall, thermal pools, canopy tours and the forest of square-trunked trees. Last but not least, you're sure to come across the famous "Dorada" frog, which is venomous and endemic to this region.

ANTON - CHIRIQUI, BOQUETE (approx. 5hrs drive)
Drive along the Panamerican Highway to the Chiriqui region. At Volcan, immerse yourself in the heart of a high-altitude forest, a natural change of scenery in this region nicknamed "the valley of flowers in eternal spring". Discover the high-altitude mountain region of the Barú volcano, at the gateway to the Barú Volcano National Park and L'Amistad International Park.

CHIRIQUI - BOQUETE
Visit to the Baru Volcano National Park, culminating at an altitude of over 3,400 metres, and the Lagunas del Volcan reserve, the highest lakes in Panama. The pre-Columbian ruins of Barriles. Be sure to also visit the botanical gardens, coffee plantations and flower farms. You'll find various activities here, such as rafting, horse riding, and cycling.

CHIRIQUI - BOCAS DEL TORO (approx. 3hr 30min drive - 30m boat trip)
On the way, discover a natural cocoa farm, its plantation, and its growing and manufacturing processes. Continue to Almirante by transfering with a boat taxi to Isla Colon. Lunch at your leisure, then boat taxi to your hotel. Experience the splendours of the Caribbean and discover seaside relaxation. There are also various water sports available, such as diving and boat trips.

BOCAS DEL TORO
Bordering Costa Rica, the paradise-like archipelago of Bocas del Toro is a real gem in the heart of the Caribbean. With its Bastimentos National Park, the archipelago boasts unspoilt natural surroundings, jungle and white sand walks. You can embark on a canopy tour through the rainforest and, of course, a variety of island-hopping boat trips to explore the beaches and observe the many animals, including sloths, dolphins, birds and starfish.

You will be able to choose your airline and flight times when you make your booking. This flight may include one or more stopovers. The stopover may be technical (without a change of aircraft) or transit (with a change of aircraft).

Baggage, meals and other services on board certain flights may be subject to a charge. You will find out whether your airfare includes baggage when you choose your airline and timetable. If your fare does not include baggage, please go to the airline's website before your departure with your travel file reference to find out the exact fare and purchase your extra baggage. If you choose a low-cost airline, you will be able to add your baggage during the booking process.
