DAY 1: PANAMA CITY
- Your driver will take you to your hotel in Panama City
Panama City is the capital and largest city of Panama, located in the central part of the country on the Pacific coast.
The city is known for its towering skyscrapers and modern skyline, as well as its historic district, Casco Viejo. Recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the area is home to beautiful colonial-era buildings, narrow cobblestone streets, and charming plazas.
The city is also home to a variety of museums and has numerous parks and green spaces.
DAY 2: PANAMA CITY
- Half-day tour of Soberania National Park and Discovery Center (4 hours)

Soberania National Park is a protected area located just 25 kilometers from Panama City. The park covers an area of 136,000 acres and is known for its vast tropical rainforest and diverse wildlife.
The park is home to over 525 species of birds, making it a paradise for birdwatchers! Some of the other animals that can be seen in Soberania National Park include sloths, jaguars, and crocodiles.
Enjoy spectacular views of the forest and canopy bird species from a 100 foot high observation tower.
Hike Pipeline Road, an easy gravelled path frequently taken by white-faced capuchins, howler monkeys, and Geoffroys' tamarins.
DAY 3: PANAMA CITY

The Gatun Locks are a series of three locks located in the Panama Canal, and are used to raise and lower ships as they make their passage. They are considered one of the engineering marvels of the world!
Fort San Lorenzo is a historic fortress built by the Spanish in the 16th century to protect the town of Portobelo and the nearby trade routes from pirate attacks.
Today, Fort San Lorenzo is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity. The surrounding area is home to a variety of wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, and exotic birds.
DAY 4: PANAMA CITY - PLAYA BLANCA

The Miraflores Locks are a set of two locks located on the Pacific side of the Panama Canal, and they allow ships to navigate the 26-meter height difference between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans! Witness the workings of the Panama Canal and learn about its history and impact on global trade.
Casco Viejo, also known as Casco Antiguo, is the historic district of Panama City, founded in 1673. It features a mix of architectural styles and it is home to numerous historic buildings and landmarks, such as the Panama Canal Museum, the Cathedral of Santa Maria la Antigua, and the Presidential Palace.
DAY 5, 6 & 7: PLAYA BLANCA
Playa Blanca is a beautiful white sand beach located on the Pacific coast of Panama, about 2 hours drive from Panama City. The beach stretches for more than two miles and offers crystal-clear waters, making it ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.
There are also restaurants and bars along the beach where visitors can enjoy delicious seafood, freshly caught.
Visitors can also explore the surrounding area and try horseback riding, snorkelling, and kayaking. Nearby Anton Valley is a scenic region known for its hot springs, hiking trails, and wildlife.
DAY 8: DEPARTURE
