The town is known for its excellent conservation projects, hiking, guided nature walks, and safaris. The first night's stay is at Frans Indongo Lodge, a modern retreat where guests can spot Sable Antelope, Black Springbok and Nyala quenching their thirst at the nearby water hole. Your own water hole comes in the form of a beautiful swimming pool with a relaxing sundeck. For something more lively, watch graceful cheetahs sprinting and learn more about the fastest terrestrial animal on the planet at the nearby Cheetah Conservation Fund or explore Waterberg Plateau Park. This 170 km² farm boasts an extraordinary abundance of game, including White and Black Rhino, Black Wildebeest and Hartebeest, which can be viewed on unforgettable sunset drives.

In the vast arid space of Northern Namibia lies one of Southern Africa’s best loved wildlife sanctuaries, Etosha East. The Etosha National Park offers excellent game viewing in one of Africa’s most accessible venues. Zebra and springbok are scattered across the endless horizon, while the many waterholes attract endangered black rhinoceros, lion, elephant and large numbers of antelope. Etosha, meaning ‘place of dry water’, is home to semi-arid savannah grassland, thorn scrub and a large 'pan' which fills just a few days a year to bring  thousands of colourful flamingos. Tonight's stay is at Namutoni Camp, where picturesque chalets are the perfect spot for birdwatching.

Days 3 & 4 : Etosha National Park - South

Located just south of the boundary of Etosha National Park in north-western Namibia, Etosha South makes up the southern region of this wild paradise.  Visitors can catch a glimpse of a variety of wildlife including: lion, giraffe, elephant, white and black rhino, and a multitude of plains game. Popular activities include game drives, tracking rhinos on foot, guided nature walks, or watching the sunset over this magnificent landscape. Spend the night at Toshari Lodge (Etosha Gateway), nestled on an outcrop of dolomite rocks, under a forest of Mopane and white Seringa trees. A warm welcome awaits you, complimented by a refreshing cold drink on arrival. Absorb the peace and tranquility of the natural African bush as you amble through a blend of manicured lawns and rustic bush gardens to your private room.
