Nairobi
Explore the expansive and extremely beautiful Kenyan wildlife whilst on safari. You will stay in two of Africa's Greatest Wildlife Reserves, famous for its abundance of animals. The sight of dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of palm-shaded Galana River is one of the most evocative images in Africa.
Tsavo National Park
Tsavo East, one of the last great wilderness landscapes on Earth, offers a vast arena of parched scrub and heat-shimmering bush, which is washed by the azure waters of the Galana River, guarded by the Yatta Plateau and patrolled by some of the largest elephant herds in the world.
Taita Saltlick Wildlife Sanctuary
The Sanctuary provides a safe environment to over 50 species of mammals and 300 species of birds within 28,000 acres of rolling savanna and woodland habitats. Large numbers of wildlife come to drink at the waterholes, so Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge provides a rare opportunity to view animals at close proximity in their natural habitat.
The Sanctuary is a success story in sustainable conservation where wildlife - including elephant, lion, buffalo and giraffe - thrive. Game drives are tightly controlled to ensure that animals are not harassed and some areas are completely closed to vehicles. This commitment to responsible ecotourism, which has been so well supported by visitors, ensures that the Sanctuary and all its wildlife will continue to prosper.
Amboseli National Park
Amboseli is world-famous for its populations of large mammals, most especially elephants of which there are around 700. The swamps are a centre of activity for elephants, hippos, buffaloes and abundant water birds. The surrounding flat grasslands are home to grazing antelopes. Spotted hyenas are plentiful, as are jackals, warthogs, olive baboons and vervet monkeys.

Your Safari Itinerary —
Depending on the duration of your trip, you will enjoy one of the following Safari options.
1 Night Safari At Tsavo East
After an early breakfast at the hotel, guests will be met at reception by the safari driver ready to depart at 6am and drive along the Mombasa/Nairobi Road to Tsavo East National Park. Take a game drive en route to the lodge. Check-in and enjoy lunch at the Voi Safari Lodge. Enjoy an afternoon game drive till sunset. Dinner and Overnight at Voi Safari Lodge or similar.
Day 2: Tsavo East - Diani (approx. travel time: 4hrs / 245km)
Take an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge and then depart to drive back to your hotel arriving in the afternoon.
2 Nights Safari at Tsavo West and Taita Saltlick Lodge
After breakfast at the hotel, guests will be met and briefed by the driver before departing to Tsavo West National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at Kilaguni Serena Lodge before embarking on an afternoon game drive in the park until sunset. Overnight stay at Kilaguni Serena Lodge or similar.
Day 2: Tsavo West – Taita Saltlick (approx. travel time:200km/3 hours)
After breakfast depart for a visit to Taita Wildlife Sanctuary. Arrive in time for lunch at the Sarova Taita Hills Lodge. Then enjoy free time before setting off for an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at Sarova Saltlick Lodge or similar.
Day 3: Taita Saltlick – Serena Beach (approx. travel time: 245km / 4 hours)
Take an early morning game drive in the sanctuary followed by breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, depart to Serena Beach Resort & Spa arriving in the afternoon.
3 Nights Safari at Tsavo East, Amboseli and Taita Saltlick
After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your beach hotel and depart to Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo is the largest National Park in Kenya and is split into East and West by the highway. You will arrive at Kilaguni Serena Lodge in time for lunch before setting off back into the park for your afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Kilaguni Serena Lodge or similar on Full Board basis.
Day 2 Tsavo West – Amboseli National Park (approx. travel time: 200km / 3 hours)
After breakfast, depart to Amboseli National Park. If the weather is clear, you'll catch sight of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro directly ahead. Entering the gate you will enjoy game viewing on route to your camp, arriving in time for lunch. After some time to relax or to take a dip in the inviting swimming pool, set out into the National Park for an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge or similar on a full board basis.
Day 3: Amboseli - Taita Saltlick Game Sanctuary (approx. travel time: 250km / 4 hours)
Following an early morning game drive and breakfast, depart east to Taita Saltlick, arriving in time for lunch. After, enjoy some free time before an afternoon game drive in the Sanctuary, returning to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Sarova Saltlick Lodge or similar on a full board basis.
Day 4: Taita Saltlick - Serena Beach (approx. travel time: 245km / 4 hours)
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the sanctuary returning to the lodge for breakfast before continuing your journey to Mombasa, aiming to reach your beach hotel in the evening.

Voi Safari Lodge
This comfortable lodge boasts high standards of comfort and cuisine and is the perfect spot to view the 'big five' or take a moment to relax in the outdoor pool.
Kilaguni Serena Lodge
the lodge boasts a classic stone design and views of elephants, buffalo and other plains game drinking and cooling off in our water hole. The rooms are complete with authentic design and modern amenities including a large double bed and coffee and tea making facilities.
Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge
Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary modern conveniences. The restaurant, bar and main balconies have views over the waterhole and salt lick, which is constantly in use by local park residents! There is also an underground hide for closer encounters.
A beautiful free-form swimming pool is open all day at the sister property Sarova Taita Hills Game Lodge located nearby.
Amboseli Serena Lodge
Nestled in an acacia grove by a gentle mountain spring, our hotel, comprising a Maasai-inspired design, a garden restaurant and a palm-shaded swimming pool and sundeck, provides uninterrupted views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the surrounding landscape. Enjoy mornings of stirring views of Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peaks.

Half Day Mombasa City Tour with English Driver (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Visit the famous Elephant Tusks along Moi Avenue then proceed to visit the historic old town, dominated by the medieval Fort Jesus built by the Portuguese in the 16th Century with its ancient mosques and narrow bustling streets, the old dhow harbour. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Spice market, go shopping and drive back to the hotel. (Fort Jesus Museum Entry fees of 12EUR per person are not included - this will be payable directly on the spot if you wish to enter the Museum).
