The joint mass of Tsavo West and Tsavo East National Parks forms one of the largest national parks in the world and covers a massive 4% of Kenya's total land area.
Tsavo East, one of the last great wilderness landscapes on Earth, offers a vast arena of parched scrub and heat-shimmering bush, which is washed by the azure waters of the Galana River, guarded by the Yatta Plateau and patrolled by some of the largest elephant herds in the world.
The joint mass of Tsavo West and Tsavo East National Parks forms one of the largest national parks in the world and covers a massive 4% of Kenya's total land area.
Tsavo West, the land of lions and lava, is painted on a sprawling canvas of endless skies, emerald hills, liquid lava flows, palm-fringed rivers, teeming wildlife and sparkling oases, where rafts of hippo wallow, snort and blow in the crystal clear melt waters of Mount Kilimanjaro.
The Mombasa area on Kenya's east coast boasts endless white beaches, coral reefs, watersports and an ancient, exotic culture.
Bamburi Beach, where your hotel is located, falls within the protected reef corals of the Mombasa Marine National Park and Reserve, 12 kilometres north of Mombasa. Diving and snorkelling are the best ways to explore the amazing life beneath the waves, or you can also take a glass-bottomed boat trip to spot turtles, coral and colourful fish.
Your Itinerary —
Day 1
Arrive at Mombasa Airport and drive to Tsavo East National Park (approx 3-4 hours), upon arrival at the Ashnil Aruba Lodge you will be treated to lunch. The late afternoon will be devoted to a game drive.
Dinner and overnight at the Ashnil Aruba Lodge.
Day 2
After an early morning game drive, you will be returned to the lodge for breakfast and afterwards you will be free to enjoy the lodge and perhaps take a dip to cool off in the inviting pool. After lunch you will be taken on another late afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight at the Ashnil Aruba Lodge.
Day 3
After breakfast, check out and drive to Neptune Beach Resort (approx 3-4 hours) for a 5 or 10 night All Inclusive stay.
Day 8 or 13
Check out and drive to Mombasa Airport (approx 45 mins) for your flight back to the UK.

It is very popular with regular guests, offering very good service and a family atmosphere. A real highlight is the lush garden area and the new terrace with a view of the Indian Ocean.
There are many quiet areas throughout the resort - the generous lobby and the impressive halls create an open airy feelings including the newly created “coffee shop” to offer you calm and relaxation. The hotel has 78 guest rooms.
Your All Inclusive Stay
The hotel has one main dining room that serves all meals in a buffet style set up, breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and can be extended to noon on demand, lunch from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm and dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
During meal times soft drinks, fruit juices, water, house wine, local beer, tea and coffee are served. The cuisine is of international standards and there are theme nights that are organised during the week.
The 'All Inclusive' bar offers soft drinks, fresh juices, beers and wines from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. From 6:00 pm to midnight, all local spirits are served. There is also a cash bar that serves all international drinks and bottled mineral water at a cost.
Colourful air-conditioned standard room of approximately 27m² , bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and hairdryer. Rooms are equipped with satellite-tv, telephone, mini fridge, mini safe (at cost), mosquito net and coffee/tea making facilities. Balcony with garden view. Free Wi-Fi.
