Upon arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by our local representatives who will assist you from meet & greet through to your transfer vehicle. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the international arrivals exit, where a representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name. You will then be escorted to your transfer and taken to your hotel.

The exact day of your safari will be confirmed upon arrival in Mombasa (typically operating on Tuesdays and Thursdays). On the day of departure, you will check out of your room and leave your luggage with the hotel concierge.

For stays spanning two pricing periods, the total cost will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust the safari itinerary if necessary due to availability, while ensuring the same number of game drives in all parks.

A minimum of 2 guests is required for the tour to operate. Single travellers will be charged at the equivalent of two persons. Park and reserve fees are based on current rates and may be subject to change; any increases will apply to both existing and future bookings.
