  • For triple rooms, we cannot guarantee in all hotels a single room for 3 people. Depending on the hotel, a double and a single room may be offered.
  • In the case of a group order (> 5 people), it is possible, depending on the availability of the hotels, that not all the members of the group will be accommodated in the same hotel. However, the goal is to be close to each other.
  • Please note that in case of a single supplement, it will be applied in all accommodations except in the ryokan in Hakone and the temple in Koya-san (3 and 4*). Indeed, since they are traditional accommodations, there are no single rooms but you will find spacious rooms that can welcome up to 5 people.
