AIRPORT-HOTEL TRANSFER BY SHARED SHUTTLE
The shared shuttle takes you directly from the airport to your hotel and vice versa. The shuttle may make several stops during the journey.
RAIL TRANSPORT
In Japan, the train is the most convenient means of transport for travelling. Both large cities and villages are well served, and the Japanese rail network is diverse and highly functional. It offers the opportunity to travel on the famous Shinkansen, Japan's high-speed train, which reaches speeds of 320 km/h. In South Korea, the rail network is highly developed. As South Korea is a small country, the train is one of the most convenient and comfortable ways to travel.
HAKONE FREE-PASS (14 and 17 night packages only)
It connects Tokyo from Shinjuku Station to Hakone via the Odakyu line in 2 hours. In addition to the train journey, this pass gives you free access to the Hakone Tozan buses and many of the city's tourist attractions. For example, take a cruise on Lake Ashi and ascend the Hakone Ropeway to admire the Owakudani volcanic area. You also benefit from discounts at partner retailers. The pass is valid for 2 days after activation.
AIRPORT TRANSFER BY LIMOUSINE BUS
The limousine bus connects the airport to the bus stop closest to your hotel and vice versa. The vehicle makes several stops along the way.

Your stay also includes an authentic experience rooted in local traditions, with a stay in a private room in a tranquil ryokan in Hakone, near Mount Fuji.
A ryokan is a traditional Japanese inn, usually featuring:
- Tatami-matted rooms (woven straw floors)
- Futon bedding, laid out on the floor each night
- Sliding paper doors (shoji) and minimalist design
- Shared bathrooms and baths (often hot springs, or onsen)
- A strong emphasis on omotenashi, the art of Japanese hospitality’

- The range of hotels is identical to Gyeongju in terms of standard and superior categories due to the limited number of hotels in the city.
- For technical reasons, hotels may be replaced by accommodation of the same category.
- The order of the stages and the program may be modified depending on constraints at the destination.
- Any specific requests regarding the type of bedding (double bed, twin beds) are subject to availability and may incur an

This is a bed and breakfast stay. If you choose a 14- or 17-night stay, you will spend one night in a traditional inn (ryokan) in Hakone with half board (excluding drinks).

- If, due to airline schedules, the first and last days are shortened by a late arrival or early departure, no meal refunds will be given.
