On your arrival in Kyoto, you will be met at customs by our partner at the airport, who will give you all your travel documents and guide you to the shuttle bus that will take you to your hotel.

- Japanese ryokan comfort can be rather rustic, but promises a real cultural immersion.
- For triple rooms, we cannot guarantee a single room for 3 people in all hotels. Depending on the hotel, you may be offered a double room and a single room.
- For group bookings (> 5 people), depending on hotel availability, not all members of the group may be accommodated in the same hotel. However, the aim is to be close to each other.
