Remarks

The latest vehicle pickup time is the closing time shown above. If a passenger's flight is delayed, customers must urgently notify the car rental agency of their new arrival time using the contact details provided on their Sicilissimo voucher. Sicilissimo is not responsible for vehicles that cannot be delivered due to missing arrival information. Rental companies may charge an additional fee for after-hours vehicle delivery if late pickup is confirmed. A credit card is required for the security deposit (no debit cards, Bancomat, Postepay, or similar prepaid cards).

• Out-of-hours vehicle pickup fees
• Traffic fines and fuel charges (covered by the security deposit)
• The security deposit is refunded only if the vehicle is returned with a full fuel tank. Otherwise, fuel costs plus a service fee of approximately €12.50 will apply.

Mandatory Conditions

• A security deposit will be required on your credit card upon arrival.
• The deposit will be refunded if the vehicle is returned undamaged and with a full tank. Otherwise, fuel costs plus a service fee of approximately €12.50 will be charged.
• Rates are valid for rentals of at least 1 day (24 hours).
• The vehicle must be returned at the same time as pickup. Delays of more than 30 minutes will result in an additional rental day charged at the local official rate.
• Minimum driver age: 25 years old, with a valid driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• Drivers aged 21–24 may rent a vehicle by paying a Young Driver surcharge of €21.00 per day, payable locally.
• If the reserved vehicle category is unavailable, a similar or higher-category vehicle will be provided.
• Only the renter and registered additional drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Insurance does not cover unauthorized drivers.
• The driver must present a valid credit card and original driving licence at the rental desk. Photocopies, loss declarations, or similar documents are not accepted.
• If the driver's address is not shown on the licence, a valid ID card will also be required.

Terms of Use

• The maximum waiting time for vehicle collection is until midnight. If a flight is delayed, customers must notify the rental company of the updated arrival time.
• No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used rentals.
• EUROPCAR and HOLIDAY CAR RENTAL only accept bank-issued debit cards: VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD DEBIT, and V-PAY. Prepaid or electronic cards not linked to a customer bank account are not accepted.
• No car rental service is available at Comiso Airport.

Important Information for Bookings Without Flights

To ensure your rental vehicle is available upon arrival, please provide your flight details within 48 hours of booking by completing the dedicated form in your member account. Without this information, your vehicle may not be available on time.

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
