Your destinations

Dublin

Take a stroll through Dublin’s elegant Georgian streets and squares, making your way to Trinity College at the heart of the city.

Visit the beautiful Book of Kells, an illuminated manuscript of the four Christian gospels dating to the 9th century, and one of the country’s finest national treasures.

Wander up Grafton Street for the best that the city has to offer in shopping, exploring the wonderfully atmospheric side streets that are full of cosmopolitan coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques.

Enjoy lunch in one of the many fantastic restaurants. Afterwards, explore the troubled story of Ireland’s struggle for freedom and independence by visiting the atmospheric and moving Kilmainham Gaol.

If you prefer something at a gentler pace, stroll through the grounds of the nearby Royal Hospital Kilmainham, which is home to the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA).

Belfast

A former industrial powerhouse turned trendy cultural hotspot, Belfast is an ideal location for a city break. The Titanic Quarter is named after the ill-fated liner that forms part of Belfast’s history, with a state-of-the-art multimedia museum which has become the city’s number one tourist attraction.

Belfast's rich cultural heritage is reflected in its vibrant theatres, world-class musicians and thriving visual arts scene. Spot thought-provoking street art by international and local artist in the Cathedral Quarter, or head to Black Box and MAC arts to see the local talent.

Known for its vibrant nightlife from traditional pubs to sleek cocktail bars, whatever night you go out in Belfast, you’re sure to find live music and a buzzing atmosphere. As for dining, there are plenty of creative restaurants offering everything from fine dining to fusion cooking and classic Irish favourites. Try locally brewed craft beers and or sip on gin and tonic from local distilleries, and raise a glass to an excellent stay.
