11-night tour
DAY 1: DELHI
- Arrive at New Delhi’s International Airport in the morning
- Upon arrival, proceed to check in at your hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel
DAY 2: DELHI – AGRA BY: TRAIN/ AGRA – DHOLPUR BY ROAD
- Take the transfer to the railway station for your train to Agra (12002 – Bhopal Shatabdi 0600 / 8 HRS)
- Enjoy this special one-day journey to visit the Taj Mahal & Agra Fort
- Later transfer to Dholpur (approx. 55 Kms / 01 Hrs)
- Upon arrival in Dholpur, check in at your hotel for an overnight stay
DAY 3: DHOLPUR – KARAULI
- Drive to the village of Karauli. (approx. 108 kms. / 02 hrs)
- Later proceed to enjoy the village, while walking and interacting with the local people, giving you an inside glimpse into rural India
DAY 4: KARAULI – JAIPUR
- After breakfast, proceed to leave for Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan
- Check-in at the hotel upon arrival
- Later leave to explore the bazaars of Jaipur to experience the bustle of the Pink City, and to enjoy the rickshaw ride
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel
DAY 5: JAIPUR
- After breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven just outside Jaipur to the ancient capital of Amber to see the fabulous Amber Fort., with a Photo stop at Hawa Mahal
- Uphill by the Jeep to reaching up to the fortress, once on top, stroll through the sprawling complex of courtyards and halls. Many of the rooms have delightful wall paintings, with precious stones and mirrors inlaid in the walls
- Most fascinating, perhaps, is the Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors) where a single lamplight is reflected in the many mirrors, lighting up the room. A Jeep will take you down
- While driving back to your hotel you will stop and see the `Palace of Winds, otherwise known as Hawa Mahal
- Enjoy lunch at a fine dining restaurant in Jaipur
- Visit the city of Jaipur and then overnight stay at the hotel
DAY 6: JAIPUR – BUNDI
- After breakfast, proceed to leave for Bundi (approx. 217 Kms / 03 Hrs)
- Upon arrival check in at your hotel. Enjoy lunch at your hotel
- Later proceed for Bundi sightseeing, visiting Bundi Fort and Taragarh Fort
DAY 7: BUNDI – CHITTORGARH – UDAIPUR
- After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Udaipur, en route visiting Chittoragarh. (approx. 270 km / 04 Hrs)
- Upon arrival check-in at the hotel and stay overnight
DAY 8: UDAIPUR
- After breakfast, proceed to visit the city of Udaipur: City Palace overlooking the Lake Pichola
- Visit the museums and the hall of public audiences, the private chambers of the royal ladies at the palace, Sahelion-ki-Badi & Jagdish Temple
- Lunch will be at a fine & dining restaurant
- In the evening enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel
DAY 9: UDAIPUR – RANAKPUR – JODHPUR
- After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to leave for Jodhpur (approx. 270 km / 04 Hrs) en-route visiting Ranakpur
- The beautifully sculptured Jain temples lie in a tranquil valley of the Aravalis. Visit ‘Chaumukha Temple, two Jain temples dedicated to Neminath and Parsvanath and a Sun Temple (The temples are open from 1200 till 1600 Hrs – Audio guide tour only)
- After the visit, enjoy lunch at a fine & dining restaurant
- Later continue your drive to Jodhpur
- Upon arrival check in at the hotel for an overnight stay
DAY 10: JODHPUR – PUSHKAR
- After breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed for a half-day city tour of Jodhpur - the gateway to the desert beyond and home of the Rathors of Marwa.
- The tour will start with a visit to Mehrangarh Fort (citadel of the Sun).
- Visit its various palaces with their delicate friezes and respective museums, displaying treasures of the royal family.
- North of Meherangarh Fort, and connected to it by road, Jaswant Thanda is a pillared marble memorial to the popular ruler Jaswant Singh II (1878-95)
- After lunch at your hotel, leave for the holy city of Pushkar
- Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel
DAY 11: PUSHKAR – DELHI
- After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to visit the famous Brahma temple, holy lake and colourful bazaar of Pushkar
- After lunch at your hotel, drive to Delhi. (approx. 400 km / 06 Hrs)
- Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to a hotel for an overnight stay
DAY 12: DEPARTURE
- After breakfast, departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for the destination.
