Your Destination —

Situated about ten minutes' walk from the centre of Banjul, which has a few restaurants to discover, this hotel really caters for guests wishing to stay in during the evening and it offers a full winter entertainment programme. The location does provide an ideal base for those wishing to explore the capital, or shop at Albert Market, and tourist guides and taxis can be hired from the hotel's reception.

Your Hotel —

Set directly on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach - one of the biggest in The Gambia - this hotel is located away from the majority of tourist hotels but attracts many repeat customers. The reception area and public rooms are spacious and comfortable including an inside lounge area built around a huge tree which grows high above the roof. The rooms are serviced by two lifts, and all are fully equipped with air-conditioning, minibar, safe, television, hairdryer and telephone

This offer is based on a Standard Room. You may choose to upgrade to a Pool/Seaview Room or a Junior Suite which can be done so during the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee.

These well appointed bedrooms with twin or double beds make any guest’s stay a homely and pleasant one. All rooms have air conditioning, private bathroom with hairdryer and bath/shower as well as balcony, minibar, satellite television, direct dial telephone and 24 hour room service.
Suites are more spacious and each come complete with a lounge with separate entrance.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on an all-inclusive stay.

The all-inclusive package includes 3 buffet meals each day, with the option to choose from the a la carte poolside menu at lunchtime, plus unlimited local/unbranded spirits and beer, house wines and soft drinks between 11am and 11pm (excludes Premium brands, mini bar and room service), a selection of ice creams and some sporting facilities.

Your Time —

Away from the beach, guests can choose to simply relax by the large pool where two Jacuzzis offer the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. During the winter there is a wide range of sports facilities and organised activities throughout the day including tennis, squash, table tennis, croquet, basketball, volleyball, pool and snooker. A varied entertainment programme is provided in the evening (winter only).  A particular feature of the hotel is the interesting bird garden which is home to many different species, both resident and migratory, and is popular with all guests, not just birdwatchers.

The Hotel also has a gym and massage centre. Classes are held daily. For the more leisurely guest, one can enjoy a quiet game of boule, a round of darts, or have a go at pool or snooker. Card games and board games are also available.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

The flight inclusive offer(s) shown on this page are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Voyage Privé is acting as agent for Serenity with ATOL number 1866 and your contract is with that company.

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.

Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list and check your Junk mailregularly for your travel documents.
