Open since 1976, the Hotel & Spa Royal Madeleine 4* is located in the heart of the 8th district of Paris. A family-managed insitituion for two generations, the atmosphere is peaceful, friendly, without departing from the elegance typical of Parisian hotels.


This fine establishment boasts a welcoming restaurant and a spacious spa where you can delight in massage treatments or just a dip in the pool. Here, you are also located close to all the popular places of the capital, including the Tuileres Garden, Olympia, and even the Faubourg Saint-Honoré - making it the ideal base for your city break!

Your establishment undertakes to comply with the health measures in force to ensure your safety and well-being.


Sanitary measures:


- Staff have received specific training to help them better protect themselves and you. If any of our employees have symptoms, they don't go to work. Each member of staff is checked upon assuming their position.

- An employee is responsible for the maintenance and disinfection of common areas throughout the day. The night receptionist makes his rounds with disinfection equipment. All of our staff take particular care in the maintenance and disinfection of equipment.

- Ground markings have been applied to allow you to comply with physical distance measures.

- Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance of the establishment. Thermometers are available at reception.

- Plexiglas are installed at each place where it is necessary. Greet from a distance without contact.

- Favor payments by bank card at each point of sale. The invoice for your stay will be emailed to you upon your departure. Use the drop-off bins at your disposal to exchange documents with the teams.

- The directions of traffic are indicated, respect them. The doors to the ground floor remain open during the day.

- If possible, use the elevator to go up and the stairs to go down, one person or one household in the elevator. Use your room key to select your floor.

- The Royal restaurant and the hotel bar will reopen in September with specific measures

- Work alone is preferred to reduce the risk of contagion. All work processes have been redesigned.

- All the elements not essential to your comfort have been removed from the room: pen, notepad, carpet, cushions and decorative plaids, Spa card. You will find a lot of information on your TV screen and the reception is at your disposal for your comfort. Dial 9. The luggage service is temporarily unavailable.

- Breakfast is open in the breakfast room from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. 30-minute slots are provided, remember to book at reception. Specific measures have been put in place at the restaurant to welcome you for breakfast.

- The spa is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (last window available from 9 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.). The Spa's capacity is now limited to 4 people simultaneously. Thank you for booking at the reception of the Spa. The capacities of the spa equipment have been reduced, you will find the new operating instructions on site.

- It is recommended to use the sanitary facilities in your room, the common sanitary facilities will be open to you upon request at reception and during restaurant opening hours.

If you choose to take the Eurostar, you will travel from London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord in second class.
