Click here to consult the map of the ski area and to better prepare your stay! A ski area, in the heart of a larch forest, stretching from 1550m (Champ Lacas and Pramouton) to 2720m with a view of Lake Serre-Ponçon, on the Ecrins natural park and the Parpaillon massif.


Les Orres ski resort is located at 1650m altitude, in the southern French Alps. It boasts 100km of pistes to discover, ranging from easy, intermediate to advanced, as well as a snowpark. Off the slopes, there are many other activities for the whole family to enjoy such as snowshoe walking, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, snowmobiling and ice skating!

Cocoon Cosy Room (40 M²)

Opt for the Cocoon Cosy Room, a more intimate space with the same stunning amenities as the Cocoon Family Room such as a private balcony, walk-in shower, king-sized bed, mezzanine level, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay such as a minibar, microwave, coffee maker, in-room safe, shoe airer and bathrobes and slippers.

Choose a Cocoon Family Room - the perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family, able to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child under 12 years. These spacious rooms feature a king-sized bed on a mezzanine level, a walk-in shower, plus a sitting area with an additional double sofa bed and two convertible chair beds for children. Guests can enjoy an array of amenities such as a shoe dryer, a pellet-burning stove, coffee maker and a microwave. You can also take advantage of a 15m2 private terrace with views over the surrounding hillside!

For a truly luxurious stay, choose the Cocoon Luxury Room, a stylish and intimate room that includes a whirlpool bath overlooking the panoramic window, so you can unwind after a long day and watch the sun set over the mountains! These rooms come with the generous level of amenities as mentioned in the other room options and can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.

You are also close to resort centres Les Orres 1800 and Les Orres 1650, where you can also take advantage of opportunities to try dog sledding, ice skating, and snowmobile rides!

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.
