Tucked away in Provence, Chateau Mentone is a serene 32-hectare organic wine estate, certified Côtes de Provence and proudly part of the Bienvenue à la Ferme network (Welcome to the Farm), known for high-quality, local produce. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and ancient forests, the chateau feels timeless, with nature providing the rhythm of daily life.
Two saltwater pools—one grand and sun-drenched, the other tucked beside a restored mill—offer peaceful places to unwind. At La Table de Mentone, the estate’s kitchen embraces its surroundings with dishes that honour the land. Ingredients come straight from the organic vegetable garden, olive groves, and beehives, resulting in food that is both grounded and elevated. Expect refined, terroir-driven cuisine—sun-ripened tomatoes, local cheeses, and golden olive oil pressed on-site.
