Offering our guests the best experience has been our mission since the company was founded almost 90 years ago. We take the health and well-being of our clients very seriously, so the safety and hygiene of our hotels have always been a priority and we are recognised in this field as among the most demanding in the sector. Following the latest recommendations from experts and international institutions, in terms of safety against viral diseases, including COVID-19, we have adapted our prevention and hygiene procedures to ensure the utmost safety and well-being of our guests, staff and suppliers, at all our hotels. We have set up a Technical Committee to study and develop these processes and ensure that we can resume our activity with maximum safety.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Strengthened cleaning protocols under the supervision of a new hygienist responsible for guaranteeing complete disinfection of the hotel. Specific audits will be carried out to verify the new protocols before the hotel opens and the usual audits will be strengthened for regular verification by our partners.
General Safety
In areas such as the swimming pool, lobby, buffet, meeting rooms and other busy places, furniture will be rearranged to ensure compliance with safety measures. Safety measures will also be applied for guests and employees.

The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.
Transfers:
It may be possible to add return transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). For inbound transfer arrangements please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. If you still require assistance, please call the transfer provider directly.
Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, Sixt car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability and Sixt office opening times upon your arrival). Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions. Other fees may be applicable in addition to the cost of your car rental for any additional products added to your car rental.
