We take the health and well-being of our clients very seriously, so the safety and hygiene of our hotels have always been a priority and we are recognised in this field as among the most demanding in the sector. 

 

Following the latest recommendations from experts and international institutions, in terms of safety against viral diseases, including COVID-19, we have adapted our prevention and hygiene procedures to ensure the utmost safety and well-being of our guests, staff and suppliers, at all our hotels. We have set up a Technical Committee to study and develop these processes and ensure that we can resume our activity with maximum safety.

Strengthened cleaning protocols under the supervision of a new hygienist responsible for guaranteeing complete disinfection of the hotel. Specific audits will be carried out to verify the new protocols before the hotel opens and the usual audits will be strengthened for regular verification by our partners.

In areas such as the swimming pool, lobby, buffet, meeting rooms and other busy places, furniture will be rearranged to ensure compliance with safety measures. Safety measures will also be applied for guests and employees.

As of July 10th 2020, the UK Government has approved that travel to the Czech Republic is allowed without the need to quarantine upon return, thanks to an 'air-bridge' agreement. The Czech Republic has been listed as a 'green/amber' destination and is therefore considered safe enough to visit without requiring 14 days of self-isolation upon reentering the UK. Tourists choosing to book stopover flights may not be permitted to return without quarantining if the country they stop off in is not also listed as green/amber by the UK Government.
