Our price doesn’t include a city tax which is payable locally (this price is a guideline and is subject to change without prior notification).

- Upon arrival at your destination airport, you will be greeted by our correspondent with a sign bearing the name of the supplier who will take you to the hotel
- The next morning, you will have a meeting to receive all the vouchers and information necessary for your stay
- Services are subject to availability and reconfirmation at the time of booking
- The schedule of our tours is given as an indication. Our programs are subject to change due to factors beyond our control such as air rotations, market days, boat schedules, road conditions, climate, etc. However, the planned services will be respected, except in cases of force majeure. See the itinerary for more information
- The price will be given according to the start date of the program
- The insurance (approx. $20.00 per day) and the guarantee (approx. $300.00) must be paid directly by the client when picking up the car
- The rental car included in this quote is an economy class car with a gearbox
- Fuel is not included in the rental rate and it is the renter's responsibility to return the car with the same level of fuel as the one given. No refunds are made for unused fuel
- The driver named in the contract must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license issued more than 2 years ago. At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid passport and original driver's license
- The return surcharge must always be paid locally, it is not possible to include it in the prepaid rate
- An additional $30.00 is charged for each additional driver
- Cancellation: The following penalties are established as cancellation or no-show penalties for confirmed service:

- For cancellations with a minimum of 120 hours prior to the start of service no penalty will be applied
- No cancellations will be accepted less than 120 hours in advance, therefore if this occurs, a No Show charge will be applied
- If the client does not show up within 4 hours after the time requested for the pick-up of the car at the rental points, the No Show fee will be charged, except for the airport where the car will be kept for up to 24 hours
- In case of No Show: 1 day of rent is penalized according to the price of the category and the interval of confirmed days. It is penalized at 100% of the price. No commission is given to the agency

- Transfers specified in the program
- Accommodation and board according to the program
- Permanent assistance from our office

 

Price doesn't include
- Transfers to/from the car rental agency
- Meals not specified in the program
- Visits to museums and other sites of interest not mentioned in the program
- Tips to guides and drivers
- Optional excursions
- Personal expenses
- Anything not mentioned in the "price includes" section

If booking as a single traveller, room occupancy is not guaranteed. You may be placed in either a single, double or twin room, based on the availability of the property at the time.

Your contact details may be passed on to the hotel so that they can make contact with you to discuss your booking in advance of your arrival.

You may be asked to provide a credit/debit card deposit on arrival to cover any purchases made in the hotel.

Although we endeavour to provide up to date information we cannot guarantee that all hotel facilities and services will be available during your stay, especially when travelling out of the main holiday periods.

Star rating standards may differ to that of the UK, depending on the country of travel.

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.
