Cayo Santa Maria
Cayo Santa Maria is a small island (sixteen kilometres long and two kilometres wide) located in the Bahia de Buena Vista, off the north coast of the main island of Cuba. Its main attraction is its superb beach! Divided into five sections for a total of approximately 13 km, it is ideal for taking long walks on the beach, swimming in pristine turquoise waters or just relaxing under the sun!

Beach
Cayo Santa Maria’s major tourist draw is its lovely beach. The 13-kilometre beach is divided into five sections and is perfect for swimming in turquoise waters, walking on the white sand or just relaxing under the sun.

San Juan de los Remedios
Situated 60 kilometres from Cayo Santa Maria, San Juan de los Remedios is an excellent option for a day trip. This dynamic town is noted for its pretty walks, excellent buildings and magnificent monuments and parks.

Nightlife
The resorts in Cayo Santa Maria provide much of the nightlife including clubs, pubs, salsa evenings and karaoke nights. You can dance away the whole night on the sand at a beach bar, not forgetting to try out the fantastic cocktails, or just go for a romantic walk on the sandy beach.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
The minimum age for driving a hire car in COUNTRY is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.
