Your Destinations —
Havana offers a vibrant mix of cultures, history and experiences. Its cobbled streets are alive with cafes, bars and the rhythmic sounds of the rumba. The city’s architecture is an eclectic mix of Baroque, Neo-Classical and Art Deco styles, with the colonial buildings of ‘Old Havana’ earning the city a UNESCO World Heritage Listing. Culturally, Havana is a melting pot of influences from Europe, Africa and the Americas. Its unique ambience and resilient character have lured writers, artists and even the occasional revolutionary in.
Discover Cienfuegos, a Caribbean city founded by French immigrants in 1819. Explore the historic centre, declared a World Heritage Site in 2005 (by UNESCO) - a fine example of neoclassical town planning in Cuba during the 19th century.
Experience slow-paced island living here. Trinidad is a well-preserved Spanish colonial settlements, boasting colonial-style mansions bedecked with Italian frescoes and French chandeliers. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988, the beauty of Cuba's oldest and most enchanting outdoor museum has been luring tourists ever since. Surrounded by sparkling natural attractions, Trinidad also offers its visitors gorgeous beaches and lush nature.
A masterpiece of nature, Varadero seduces visitors with the transparency and tranquillity of its warm waters, and wide stretches of fine, clean, pure sand. It is 140km to the east of Havana, located on the Hicacos peninsula, a strip of land surrounded by the sea, 22km long and on average 700m wide.

If you are travelling to the USA or choose a flight option with a US layover, the US authorities have introduced a requirement for passengers travelling under the Visa Waiver Programme (VWP), to register for Electronic Travel Authority. Passengers who have not applied for and received travel authorisation via ESTA prior to travel may be denied boarding, experience delayed processing, or be denied admission at the US port of entry. However, neither possession of a visa, nor meeting the basic requirements for travelling visa-free on the VWP, guarantees admission to the United States. As with most countries, the final determination of admissibility is made by immigration officials at the port of entry. Please remember that issue of ESTA does not guarantee admissibility to the United States - it is only part of the travel approval process. All queries in relation to this requirement should be addressed via the US Embassy Consular department.
Please remember that if you are refused boarding or denied admission at the US port of entry, you will still be subject to our cancellation charges in accordance with the terms of our contract with you.
How do I apply for ESTA?
There is an online application form which is available now at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. Prior to travel, you will need to visit this website and fill in the on-line application (currently in English only).
