Your Itinerary —
Adelaide
Be sure to visit Adelaide's tree-lined boulevard, North Terrace, home to some of the city's most important cultural institutions. When the sun is out, relax and unwind on one of its many beaches.
Upon arrival in Adelaide, you will be transferred from the airport to your hotel. On the fourth day of your journey, you will be taken to Adelaide Airport for an ongoing flight to Sydney.
Sydney
This daring city is particularly popular with surfers who flock to its incredible beaches. Sydney is also home to the magnificent Opera House where visitors can take a guided tour to learn more about the productions that are performed here.
Referred to as the "coathanger", the Sydney Bay Bridge is a must-see landmark that is best explored by bike.
On the eighth day of your getaway, you will take a transfer to the airport where you will board a flight to Cairns.
Cairns
At Tjapukai Tree Culture Park you will learn about the Aborigine people, one of the oldest cultures in the world that have lasted for more than 40,000 years.
Jump on a ferry ride to the picturesque Fitzroy Island in just 45 minutes. There, you can take part in a range of activities including rainforest trails, snorkelling at Welcome Bay, and kayaking in the Great Barrier Reef.
Brisbane
The Story Bridge is an iconic structure that connects the South of the city with the North. The bridge offers panoramic views of Brisbane, and on a clear day, it is possible to see the Glasshouse Mountains and the Gold Coast Hinterland. For an adrenaline-fuelled experience, it is possible for visitors to climb the bridge with a local tour company.
When you are ready to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, head for the Brisbane coast and its idyllic islands. Moreton Island is just a 70-minute ferry ride and is the third largest sand island in the world. It offers a large national park, wonderful snorkelling opportunities, a blue lagoon, and dolphin and whale watching experiences.

Excursions in Adelaide
Join your Central Market Tour guide at Adelaide Central Market, Providore Stall 66.
Since 1869, the Central Market has been the jewel of the South Australian tourism experience, a haven for upscale food and wine products, and a second home for chefs and foodies alike. Enjoy an interactive gastronomic and sensory circuit with a local culinary expert. Visit local merchants, sample delicious delicacies, and discover fresh products harvested from nearby farms and oceans.
This tour ends around 11:00.
Travel through the city of Adelaide to the famous Barossa wine region. Notice the change of scenery as make your way through the vineyards of South Australia's upscale wine region.
Your first stop is TeAro Estate, located on Williamstown's main street, in a charming 19th Century barn. In the intimate tasting room, you will receive a morning tea from the local bakery before taking part in some wine tastings accompanied by fascinating stories about winemaking.
The next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer's Farm, an absolute must while visiting the Barossa. Maggie Beer is an Australian cook, writer, and founder of Maggie Beer Products. This farm sells her full line of products including limited edition seasonal products, regional specialities, and signed copies of her latest book.
On arrival at Domaine Lambert in Angaston, you will enjoy a wine tasting session with gourmet platters. The main course includes two signature dishes accompanied with salad and vegetables.
Leaving Lambert Estate, you will join Mengler Hill Lookout to enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley, before ending your day at Pindarie, an award-winning winery. The staff here create a relaxed atmosphere with personal stories about Pindarie and their own winemaking experiences.

In the morning, you will take a coach transfer to Cape Jervis to catch the SeaLink ferry to Kangaroo Island.
Upon arrival, your guide will take you to Seal Bay for a walk on the beach amid a colony of rare Australian sea lions. You will then enjoy a two-course lunch at Vivonne Bay followed by a visit to Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, a sanctuary for Australian endemic animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, and echidnas.
The Admiral's Arch Boardwalk will take you on a steep cliff to reveal this spectacular rock arch, a natural nursery and a haven for New Zealand fur seals that rest, swim, and play in the waves and rocks.
Return to Kingscote Airport for the return to Adelaide. The visit will end at approximately 19:05.
Excursions in Sydney
Visit the historic rocks and discover the history of the first convicts.
Enjoy beautiful views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge as you journey through the remarkable city of Sydney. You will pass the Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Tower, Oxford Street, and Paddington before arriving at the Pacific Ocean. Admire the beautiful cliffs along Tamarama and Bronte. The tour then continues on the famous Bondi Beach where you can stop for a refreshing beverage along the promenade (drinks are not included in this tour).
Return to Sydney via Double Bay, Kings Cross, and Mrs Macquarie's Point for a magical view of the harbour before returning downtown.
The Blue Mountains are set in the heart of a unique world heritage region.
The first stop in the morning is Euroka Clearing, located at the foot of the Blue Mountains in the incredible World Heritage Zone 2. Here you will enjoy a morning tea before taking the road to the Blue Mountains via the highway. Visit one of the many amazing perspectives of the Jamison Valley which offers beautiful views without the crowds. The tour then continues to Eaglehawk Lookout to admire the famous Three Sisters rock formation and learn the legends behind it.
Enjoy a two-course lunch at the Hydro Majestic Hotel, a casual dining spot with stunning views of the surrounding landscape (drinks are not included).
In the afternoon you will visit a selection of lookouts. The view of Govett's Leap is one of Australia's most famous lookouts with a magnificent 180-metre high waterfall at the base of the cliff. The final stop is the charming Mt Tomah Botanical Garden, where you can relax with a sparkling wine or orange juice before returning to your hotel.
Board the Sensational Sydney Cruises at Campbell's Cove Pontoon, Circular Quay (floating dock located between the Overseas Passenger Terminal and Park Hyatt), to begin your lunchtime cruise.
Your host will share the rich history of Sydney Harbour and its foreshore as you journey past Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House, and the bays and coves of Sydney Harbour. Enjoy, a range of group activities including swimming, kayaking, and fishing, or, simply sit back and admire the views from the comfort of a deckchair.
Note: A 3-course BBQ lunch with local beers and regional wines is included. The cruise ends at 16:30 at Campbell's Cove.
A tour guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel. You will have the pleasure of crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge by the Gore Hill Expressway to join the Pacific Highway and the F3 Highway.
The tour will take you directly into the Hunter Valley, nestled away from the Great Dividing Range. For 180 years the Hunter Valley has been regarded as Australia's oldest and best-known wine region. Dynamic and fascinating, it has more than 150 high-end wineries, 65 gourmet restaurants, and a range of local breweries.
Our first visit is to a 5-star winery in the Mount View area of Hunter Valley, where you will enjoy exquisite wines in a private space.
From there, we will continue on to the domain of Léogate. This opulent cellar door is the perfect place to enjoy the unique taste that only the Hunter Valley and its award-winning wines can offer. You will also be offered a selection of cheeses to accompany the tasting, followed by a visit to the onsite winery where you will learn about the winemaking process.
At the end of the visit, we will enjoy a relaxing two-course lunch (a selection of dishes, followed by a dessert of your choice) accompanied by a glass of wine. Other drinks can be purchased at your expense.
After lunch, we will visit the Keith Tulloch Winery. This small family-run vineyard produces wines that express the unique relief and climate of the ancient soils of the Brokenback chain. Here we will enjoy a unique wine tasting experience in collaboration with the artisan chocolate maker "Cocoa Nib". You will enjoy five hand-made chocolates, paired with the new generation winemakers' wine - a sensational way to end the day in the Hunter Valley wine region.

After your visit, please visit the Portside Restaurant for your tastings. This can be appreciated before or after the guided tour. Sit back and indulge in delicious gourmet cuisine accompanied by mesmerising views of the Sydney Harbour.

Excursions in Cairns
A vehicle from Down Under Tours will collect you from the hotel to begin your day trip to Cape Tribulation and Daintree. Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle through some of the world's oldest rainforests.
You will cruise on the Daintree River to discover natural bird habitats, unique plants, and the estuarine crocodile. Next, continue to Cape Tribulation, winding through the Alexandra Rainforest where you can stop at Alexandra Lookout and enjoy spectacular views of the Daintree River estuary, Snapper Island and beyond.
Enjoy a delicious tropical lunch in the middle of the rainforest followed by a leisurely stroll on the famous Cape Tribulation Beach. Finally, visit the Mossman Gorge Gateway Centre for Afternoon Tea and enjoy a presentation by the owners of the gorge, the Kuku Yalanji people, before boarding a shuttle transfer to Mossman Gorge.
Your driver/guide will take you on a guided walk sharing his knowledge of this enchanting rainforest. Discover the fascinating secrets of one of the oldest tropical rainforests in the world. The visit ends around 19:00.
Arriving at Marlin Marina Cairns, go to the Reef Fleet Terminal for check-in (starting at 7:15 am) at the Ocean Freedom / Free office.
After check-in, you will be redirected to Mooring Area 5 on A Finger where (from 7:30 am) you will embark on Ocean Freedom.
On board enjoy fresh fruit, a Danish pastry, and tea or coffee. Ocean Freedom is a luxury catamaran that will leave the dock at 8:00 am for a full day cruise to Upolu Cay Reef and Outer Edge Upolu Reef. Due to its high speed, Ocean Freedom takes just over one hour to reach the Great Barrier Reef.
Upon arrival, take to the water with a snorkelling or diving experience (optional) to admire the stunning Coral Cay. Enjoy a cultural tour by glass bottom boat with a marine naturalist. After 2-3 hours of nautical activities and relaxation, you will receive a wholesome lunch during a cruise to the second reef destination. The second destination is the Outer Edge Upolu Reef, where you can dive into the amazing Wonder Wall (diving is an optional extra). Discover the abundance of corals and marine life with an Adventure Drift Snorkel tour.
Note: The order of visit of the reef sites may change depending on the conditions of the day. After six hours of reef and relaxing activity, you will enjoy fresh fruit platters, cheese, crackers, and cakes served by the crew. Return to Cairns around 16:30.
An Australian Down Under Tours coach will collect you from the hotel to start an afternoon Hartley Crocodile Adventure - the best way to see crocodiles in the tropical north of Queensland. Embark on a unique ecological experience on a cruise through the ecological wetlands of Melaleuca, home to the saltwater crocodile.
Explore the rest of the park with its abundance of water birds, turtles, wallabies, and cassowaries. Check out the world's most venomous snakes at the Snake Show before transferring back to your accommodation.
This tour ends at 17:00 when you will be transferred back to your hotel.
A representative of the Tjapukai Cultural Park will collect you from the hotel for a Tjapukai night tour.
This tour offers an unforgettable evening of delicious food and world-class entertainment. Take part in a celebration of traditional Aborigine music, dance, and song, accompanied by drinks and canapes.
Enjoy a delicious hot and cold buffet including seafood.
The night ends with an intimate conversation with the performers by the fireplace, and the opportunity to take photos. The tour ends around 21:30, at which time transfers will begin.
Excursions in Brisbane
This two hour guided tour takes place along the Brisbane bike path, passing most of the city’s highlights. Along the way, you will learn about the history of the Brisbane and hear some fun facts from your knowledgeable guide.
This tour begins at 2 pm and ends at 4 pm at the Southbank Parklands Cultural Court.
This excursion is available from Monday to Saturday.
An Australian coach will collect you from the hotel and drive to the Lone Pine Sanctuary.
This tour takes you directly to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, the first and largest koala sanctuary in the world where you can cuddle these magnificent marsupial mammals and approach nearly 95 species of Australian wildlife.
Enjoy an Australian show. Learn more about unique wildlife, birds and reptiles before heading to Mount Coot-tha Lookout for views of the city and Moreton Bay. This tour ends around 17:00.
