Sydney

Day 1: Arrival in Sydney

Upon arrival at Sydney Airport, you'll be transferred by private car to your Sydney accommodation with Royale Limousines. You are then free to spend the rest of day exploring Sydney at your own pace!

Day 2: Sydney

Sydney is the capital city of New South Wales and the largest city in Australia. It's located on the southeastern coast of the continent, encompassing a stunning harbor and numerous iconic landmarks.One of Sydney's most distinctive features is its beautiful harbor, which is home to the world-famous Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. The harbor is a bustling hub of activity, hosting ferries, sailboats, and cruise ships.

 

A trip here wouldn't be complete without a visit Sydney Opera House – an architectural masterpiece and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its unique sail-like design has made it an iconic symbol of both Sydney and Australia. The Sydney Harbour Bridge, known for its arched steel structure, offers breathtaking views of the city and harbor.

Day 4: Sydney

Enjoy a day at leisure. Right in the heart of the city, the Queen Victoria Building is another must-see tourist attraction. Dating back to the 1890s, this grand and beautiful building is now Sydney’s premier shopping destination. Only a ten minute stroll from the Sydney Town Hall, Darling Harbour is the perfect place to entertain the family, enjoy a delicious harbour side meal, or experience Sydney’s energetic nightlife.

 

Darling Harbour is also where you’ll find the Chinese Gardens of Friendship, the Sydney Aquarium and the Sydney Wildlife World. For a bird’s eye view of Sydney, Sydney Tower will take you 309 metres above the CBD – providing an utterly unforgettable view that stretches all the way to the Blue Mountains.

Melbourne

Day 5: Sydney - Melbourne

This morning, Royale Limousines will transport you back to Sydney Airport for your departure. 

 

Upon arrival at Melbourne Airport, you'll then be transferred by private car to your Melbourne accommodation with Royale Limousines. The rest of the day is at your leisure!

Day 10: Adelaide 

Adelaide is the wine and festival capital of Australia. It is a vibrant and stylish city! The city centre, surrounded by parklands, is a charming blend of historic buildings, wide streets, groovy shops, street cafes and restaurants. And because Adelaide is known as the 20-minute city, you can experience it all on a series of easy short walks.

 

Taste and buy the best of South Australia at the Adelaide Central Market, the largest undercover market in the southern hemisphere. Then catch a tram from Victoria Square in the city centre to beachside Glenelg, with its gentle surf, lively shops, cafes and restaurants. Or head to historic Port Adelaide for a dolphin cruise and some maritime history, then to nearby Semaphore to soak up the seaside village atmosphere.

 

The Adelaide Botanic Garden, in the city centre, has native and exotic flora displays and 5000 roses at the International Rose Garden. Stroll through the tropical rainforest in the Bicentennial Conservatory, the biggest glasshouse in the southern hemisphere. Around the corner, visit the National Wine Centre, a great place to start your journey through South Australia's wine country.

Day 11: Adelaide

Kangaroo Island Wildlife Discovery Cruise (Full Day)

Kangaroo Island is a haven for Australian wildlife, which exists in its natural habitat without the threat of introduced predators. Listen to the distinct sounds of the native birdlife as they chorus from the tall eucalyptus trees. Kangaroo Island is home to some 250 species of birds, many of which, through isolation from the mainland, have developed their own subspecies and are therefore unique to Kangaroo Island. As you travel the island keep an eye out for echidnas, wallabies, reptiles, and wildflowers.

Early morning pick up from your Adelaide hotel for a scenic coach journey to Cape Jervis taking in the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula with its vineyards, coastal views and rolling hills.

 

On arrival, board the SeaLink Kangaroo Island ferry for the 45-minute crossing to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. On arrival at Penneshaw, you will be met by your local guide and your island nature experience begins with an introduction to Kangaroo Island. Tour through several island habitats and see wildlife in their natural environments.

 

At the spectacular Seal Bay Conservation Park, your guide will escort you on a memorable walk along the beach. This bay is home to a healthy Australian sea lion colony. Walk among the sea lions as they bask on the beach or among the sand dunes after their extensive fishing expedition. With your guide, you can stand at a safe distance to these wonderful, endangered creatures and hear them sigh and watch them at play.

 

This is a truly unforgettable experience — one that you will treasure forever. Enter our exclusive Heritage-listed natural bush property to enjoy a delicious gourmet picnic style lunch with Kangaroo Island wine. Follow your lunch with a pleasant bushwalk or a stroll along the beach. Travel through the island’s interior keeping an eye out for koalas and echidnas. Explore spectacular beaches and enjoy a bushwalk. Watch out for the Tammar wallaby, with its small fine features, in its natural habitat. Later in the afternoon, as the day draws to a close, see the kangaroos leave the safety of the bush to begin grazing on the open pastures. Your tour concludes in Penneshaw in time for the return ferry to the mainland and coach transfer to Adelaide.

The friendly staff here share their stories behind the wines as you sample their famous blends in the heritage stables. Sit back and admire their stunning vineyard views while you enjoy some morning tea. T

 

he next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop, an absolute must whilst visiting the Barossa. Learn about Maggie Beer - the cook, writer and founder of 'Maggie Beer Products', and enjoy tastings of her full product range including limited edition seasonal produce. You can also browse amongst her personally selected regional specialty goods, purchase one of her signed books or simply sit back and take in the view.

 

On arrival at Lambert Estate at Angaston, you will enjoy a structured wine tasting whilst sampling local seasonal produce from gourmet platters. Main course follows, and is a feast for the senses, with two signature dishes, salad and vegetables. You may wish to purchase a glass of wine from the impressive wine selection, or enjoy a coffee accompanied with their popular Chocolatier (Chocolate Port).

 

Leaving Lambert Estate, travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley and then onto the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company your final stop for the day. Here you will taste house made chocolates paired with Vineyard Road’s handcrafted wines which will be a great way to finish off your Barossa Food and Wine Experience.

Great Ocean Road (Full Day)

Experience this majestic coastal drive in style with your small group and enjoy time to relax and fully appreciate the wonders of this world-famous touring route. Stay on the lookout for some very special animals including whales, dolphins, echidnas and bandicoots.

Your camera will get a good workout along this exciting journey where we will stop for plenty of photo opportunities. To begin, your expert Oceania Guide will collect you from your Melbourne hotel to commence your exciting road trip.

 

Your next stop will be at Apollo Bay, a tranquil seaside town which is most noteworthy for its setting among the soft rolling hills. It offers a great selection of cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy some lunch.

 

Following this, we will enjoy a walk in the forest in the Otway Ranges. A truly unique day out, capped off by a visit to the ancient rock formations of the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge.

Board your Captain Cook Cruises vessel at King Street Wharf 1, Darling Harbour or Circular Quay Wharf 6 to commence a Sunset Dinner cruise. Travel aboard MV Sydney 2000 or John Cadman 2, and discover the magic of Sydney at sundown. You'll enjoy a 3 course Australian a la carte dinner onboard. You can purchase drinks at the bar including wine, beer and soft drinks. The cruise finishes at approximately 7.00pm at King Street Wharf 1, Darling Harbour or 7.30pm at Circular Quay Wharf 6. 

Blue Mountains Wildlife Tour

A luxury tours vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to begin a full day Blue Mountains Wildlife Day tour. The Blue Mountains is a real journey into the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. First stop is Calmsley Hill, a working farm based attraction involved in animal rehabilitation offering fabulous bush surrounds located near the heart of Sydney.

Get up close to a range of native and farmyard animals including Kangaroos and Koalas while enjoying a light morning tea. Then commence the drive to the Blue Mountains via the highway. Visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley with beautiful vistas, where possible away from the crowds.

 

Continue on to Eaglehawk Lookout for views of the famous Three Sisters and to learn of the legends behind this famous rock formation. Travelling around the mountains, arrive at Hydro Majestic for lunch - here you can purchase and pay direct off the menu or purchase lunch at the Pavillion.

 

The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of scenic lookouts. The view from Govett's Leap is one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. Here the magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. The last stop is the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic.
