If you are travelling to the USA or choose a flight which routes via the USA, and are travelling under the Visa Waiver Programme (VWP), you must obtain an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) prior to departure. Passengers who have not received travel authorisation via ESTA prior to travel will be denied boarding. Please note that if you are denied from boarding, or are not allowed into the US for any reason, you will still be subject to our cancellation charges in accordance with our terms and conditions.

How do I apply for ESTA?
Prior to departure, you will need to visit https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov and fill in the online application, ensuring you receive approval before you fly. The final deadline for ESTA applications is 72 hours before departing.
