Thai Cooking Classes - Chef Tui invites guests to learn how to prepare and cook some signature Thai dishes. The Sea's cooking menus offer 3 selections every day, and most recipes can be adapted for vegetarians. The daily 3 hour class starts with the preparation of the most famous homemade Thai curry pastes, and is followed by instruction on how to prepare 4 more dishes. A meal follows immediately after your class, which will hopefully result in some of the most sumptuous Thai food you have experienced.

The holistic concept is deeply grounded in the natural ingredients used in all the treatments. Scrubs and wraps are prepared fresh using coconut, tamarind, ginger, red rice, pandanus leaf, kaffir lime and lemongrass sourced locally.
